 1) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION BETWEEN THE POOL
 EQUIPMENT AND THE PROPERTY LINE. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 SHALL BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF ONE (1) FOOT FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) EVERY SWIMMING POOL SHALL BE ENCLOSED BY A FENCE OR
 SIMILAR STRUCTURE WHICH IS INSTALLED TO OBSTRUCT ACCESS
 BY PERSONS OTHER THAN THE OWNERS OR OCCUPANTS OF THE
 RESIDENCE WITHIN WHICH A SWIMMING POOL IS LOCATED.
 BARRIERS OR FENCES SHALL BE AT LEAST FOUR FEET IN
 HEIGHT ABOVE GRADE. ("BABY FENCES" DO NOT SATISFY THIS
 REQUIREMENT....A PERMANENT FENCE IS REQUIRED). IF A
 FENCE IS PROPOSED TO BE INSTALLED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT, PLEASE NOTE SUCH ON THE PLANS...OTHERWISE,
 PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION AND HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED
 FENCE.
  
 3) ACCESS TO AN ACCESSORY SWIMMING POOL MUST BE THROUGH
 A BUILDING OR THROUGH A SELF-CLOSING AND SELF-LATCHING
 GATE OR THROUGH A SCREEN ENCLOSURE DOOR WITH LATCHES
 PLACED AT LEAST 54 INCHES ABOVE BOTTOM OF GATE. PLEASE
 SEE COMMENT #2 ABOVE REGARDING SEPARATE PERMIT OR
 REVISE THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
