 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. SHOW THIS
 INFORMATION ON THE DRAWINGS.
  
 4) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE. INDICATE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION ON THE
 PLANS.
  
 5) SHEET A1 SHOWS TWO OPENINGS BEING CLOSED OFF AT
 STORAGE ROOM #26 AND FUTURE EXAM ROOM #8: WILL THE
 EXISTING DOOR REMAIN IN THE STORAGE ROOM? PROVIDE A
 DETAIL DRAWING SHOWING WHAT MATERIAL WILL BE USED TO
 CLOSE THE OPENINGS, HOW THE TOP AND BOTTOM SECTION OF
 THE OPENINGS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE
 AND HOW THE RATING OF THE EXISTING WALLS WILL BE
 MAINTAINED. A HEADER DETAIL IS REQUIRED FOR THE NEW
 OPENING IN THE 18 INCH CONCRETE WALL. THE HEADER SHALL
 CONSIST OF LINTEL OR SOME OTHER TYPE OF STRUCTURAL
 CONSTRUCTION TO HOLD THE EXISTING CONCRETE IN PLACE.
 FBC 2104.1.6 THE MINIMUM LENGTH OF END SUPPORT FOR
 LINTELS SHALL BE 4 INCHES. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED 106.1.2
  
 6) NOW THE SPACE IS ALTERED FIRE SPRINKLER PLANS ARE
 REQUIRED TO SHOW THE NEW LAYOUT OF THE FIRE SPRINKLER
 HEADS IN COMPARISON THE NEW ROOMS. THE NEW SPRINKLER
 HEAD LOCATIONS MAY BE SHOWN ON THE CEILING PLANS ON
 SHEET A3. FBC* 106.3.5.1.1(5) FS 553.79(2)
  
 7) THE SOFFIT AND COVE LIGHT DETAILS ON SHEET A3 FAILS
 TO INDICATE HOW THE TOP TRACK OR METAL STUDS WILL BE
 ATTACHED TO THE STRUCTURE ABOVE AND WHAT TYPE OF
 FASTENERS WILL BE USED.
  
 8) SHEET A4; THE ROOM FINISH SCHEDULE FAILS TO SHOW THE
 FINISHED OF THE WALLS. TABLE 803.5 MINIMUM INTERIOR
 FINISH CLASSIFICATION; PROVIDE INFORMATION BASED ON
 INTERIOR FINISH REQUIREMENTS BASED ON OCCUPANCY. PLEASE
 INDICATE THE FLAME SPREAD PER THIS TABLE.
  
 9) FBC 1210.2 WALLS WITHIN 2 FEET OF URINALS AND WATER
 CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD, NONABSORBENT
 SURFACE, T A HEIGHT OF 4 FEET. STATE THE WALL FINISHES
 FOR THE BATHROOMS.
