 PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 1. REVISED COMMENT (PARTIALLY ADDRESSED) - THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT PLAN APPROVED
 BY THE CITY'S POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME PREVENTION
 THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN ("CPTED") OFFICIAL ON
 NOVEMBER 12, 2009, SHALL BE FOLLOWED. THE PLAN SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 2. REVISED COMMENT (PARTIALLY ADDRESSED) - THE SITE
 PLAN PROVIDED WITH THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN IS CONSISTENT
 WITH THE APPROVED SITE PLAN. THE NEW LIGHT POLE ALONG
 THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE SHIFTED TO THE WEST
 AND CENTERED IN THE OPEN AREA BETWEEN THE BUFFER TREES.
 UPON RESUBMITTAL OF THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN, THE FOOT
 CANDLE LEVELS SHALL BE EXTENDED TO THE NORTH AND EAST
 PROPERTY LINES. THE PREVIOUS PLAN THAT SHOWED THESE
 CALCULATIONS DOES NOT MATCH NEW LIGHT POST LOCATIONS.
 NOTE: THE LIGHT LEVEL MAY NOT EXCEED ONE FOOT CANDLE AT
 THE PROPERTY LINES OF THE SEDONA COMMONS DEVELOPMENT.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT - A LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT. A COST
 ESTIMATE OF THE LANDSCAPE WORK SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH
 THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT - THE ADDRESS AND THE PARCEL CONTROL
 NUMBER FOR THIS PERMIT ARE INCORRECT. THE CORRECT
 ADDRESS IS 8100 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND THE PARCEL
 CONTROL NUMBER IS 74424329300020000. THIS ALSO NEEDS TO
 BE CORRECTED BY APPLICANT WITH THE CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT PERMIT CLERKS.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT - THE SUBMITTED PERMIT DOES NOT SHOW
 A SCOPE OF WORK FOR ALL OF TRACT B, SPECIFICALLY
 PARKING AND LANDSCAPE IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE
 TRACT.
  
 6. REPEAT COMMENT - THE DUMPSTER AREA AND PARKING TO
 THE NORTHWEST OF THE BUILDING ARE NOT IN TRACT B AND
 THUS REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMIT APPLICATION SHEETS
 REFLECTING THE ADDRESS AND PARCEL CONTROL NUMBER OF THE
 PROJECT SITE. THE SAME PLANS MAY BE USED FOR BOTH
 APPLICATIONS.
  
 7. NEW COMMENT - THE REQUIRED BICYCLE RACK IS NOT SHOWN
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 8. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SIGNAGE REQUIRES A SEPARATE
 SIGN PERMIT.
  
 9. PLEASE NOTE THAT IRRIGATION REQUIRES A SEPARATE
 IRRIGATION PERMIT.
  
 10. REMEMBER THAT PER THE APPROVED SEDONA COMMONS CPD
 (ORDINANCE NO. 4166-08), THE EBR TURN LANE ONTO THE
 "RIGHT-IN/RIGHT-OUT ONLY" PROJECT ACCESS DRIVEWAY ON
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, THE ACCESS POINT AND DRIVEWAY ON
 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, THE REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING
 ACCESS POINT AND DRIVEWAY ON OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, AND
 ALL OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON TRACT "A" AS SHOWN ON
 THE SITE PLAN, SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO OBTAINING A
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY ("CO") FOR THE FIRST BUILDING
 IN THE SEDONA COMMONS CPD. THE BANK WILL NOT RECEIVE A
 CO UNTIL THIS IS COMPLETED. THE DRIVEWAY CONTECTION
 WILL REQUIRE A FDOT OR PLAM BEACH COUNTY FINAL APPROVAL
 AND THE WORK ON TRACT A WILL REQUIRE A FINAL INSPECTION
 PASS FROM THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH.
  
 11. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE SEDONA COMMONS CPD
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT ALL GROUND AND
 ROOF MOUNTED AIR CONDITIONING, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 SATELLITE DISHES, GENERATORS, ETC., SHALL BE SCREENED
 FROM VIEW ON ALL SIDES BY A VISUALLY OPAQUE BARRIER
 CONSISTENT WITH THE COLOR, CHARACTER AND ARCHITECTURAL
 STYLE OF THE STRUCTURES OR EQUIVALENT LANDSCAPE
 MATERIAL. THE HEIGHT OF THE OPAQUE BARRIER SHALL BE AS
 REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AMPLE SCREENING. THE EAST SIDE OF
 THE A/C PAD DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE A WALL OR LANDSCAPE
 SCREEN AND THE SOUTH LANDSCAPE MAY NOT BE ADEQUATE TO
 SCREEN THE A/C UNITS. THE A/C PERMIT WILL NOT PASS
 WITHOUT THE SCREENING.
  
 12. THE LIGHTING UNDER THE DRIVE-THRU CANOPY SHALL BE
 FLUSH MOUNTED OR RECESSED. THE ELEVATION PLANS SEEM TO
 SUPPORT THIS, BUT NOWHERE IS IT CLEARLY ILLUSTRATED.
