| FROM VIEW ON ALL SIDES BY A VISUALLY OPAQUE BARRIER |
| CONSISTENT WITH THE COLOR, CHARACTER AND ARCHITECTURAL |
| STYLE OF THE STRUCTURES OR EQUIVALENT LANDSCAPE |
| MATERIAL. THE HEIGHT OF THE OPAQUE BARRIER SHALL BE AS |
| REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AMPLE SCREENING. THE EAST SIDE OF |
| THE A/C PAD DOES NOT APPEAR TO HAVE A WALL OR LANDSCAPE |
| SCREEN AND THE SOUTH LANDSCAPE MAY NOT BE ADEQUATE TO |
