 THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
 TO THE APPROVED SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS FOR THE SEDONA
 COMMONS COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD) - EX. A
 AND F, BUT OTHERS MAY NOT - EX. E AND H. LDI PLANS
 SHALL MATCH THE PLANS APPROVED BY ORDINANCE NO.
 4166-08.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT - THE ADA PARKING DETAIL ON THE LDI
 PLANS SHALL SHOW THE PARKING LOGO NO GREATER THAN 2
 FEET FROM THE OPEN END OF THE PARKING SPACE. NO
 DIMENSION PROVIDED.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT - THE DUMPSTER DETAIL ON THE LDI
 PLANS SHALL SHOW THAT THE OPENING DIMENSION IS A
 MINIMUM OF 12'6" WIDE. NO DIMENSION PROVIDED.

 POINT AND DRIVEWAY ON OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD, THE REMOVAL
 OF THE EXISTING ACCESS POINT AND DRIVEWAY ON OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD, AND ALL OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON TRACT "A"

 OBTAINING A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY ("CO") FOR THE

 THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT ANY OF THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN
 COMPLETED. NONE OF THIS WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
  
 8. NEW COMMENT - THE BASE MAP FOR THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN
 DOES NOT MATCH THE APPROVED SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 THERE APPEARS TO BE AT LEAST ONE CONFLICT WITH A LIGHT
 POLE AND TREE.
  
 9. NEW COMMENT - NO LANDSCAPE PLAN WAS SUBMITTED WITH
 THIS PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT A LANDSCAPE SUB-PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED. A COST ESTIMATE OF THE LANDSCAPE WORK SHALL
 BE INCLUDED WITH THE LANDSCAPE SUB-PERMIT.
  
 10. NEW COMMENT - THE PARKING DETAILS DO NOT MEET CITY
 OF WEST PALM BEACH CODE REQUIREMENTS. THE CITY DOES NOT
 ALLOW SINGLE STRIPING AND THE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THE
 DETAILS SHALL MATCH THE DIMENSIONS ON THE PLANS. NOTE:
 WHEEL STOPS SHALL BE 2 FEET FROM THE END OF THE PARKING
 SPACE.

 DEEP SPACES, WHICH DO NOT APPEAR ON THE PLANS.
  
 12. NEW COMMENT - SHEETS A0 AND A1 LIST DIFFERING
 AMOUNTS OF BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE.
  
 13. NEW COMMENT - THE ADDRESS AND THE PARCEL CONTROL
 NUMBER FOR THIS PERMIT ARE INCORRECT. THE CORRECT
 ADDRESS IS 8100 OKEECHOBEE BOULEVARD AND THE PARCEL
 CONTROL NUMBER IS 74424329300020000.
  
 14. NEW COMMENT - THE SUBMITTED PERMIT DOES NOT SHOW A
 SCOPE OF WORK FOR ALL OF TRACT B, SPECIFICALLY PARKING
 AND LANDSCAPE IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE TRACT.
  
 15. NEW COMMENT - THE DUMPSTER AREA, PARKING AND
 LANDSCAPE TO THE NORTHWEST OF THE BUILDING ARE NOT IN
