 1. A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE AUSTRALIAN AVENUE OFFICE
 PARK COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT IS REQUIRED.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY SHOWING THE AREA IN WHICH
 THE PROPOSED WORK IS TO BE DONE. A SPOT SURVEY IS
 SUFFICIENT.
  
 3. PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE ENTIRE PROPERTY.
 WITH ONLY A PARTIAL PLAN WE ARE UNABLE TO DETERMINE HOW
 THE PROPOSED GENERATOR INTERACTS WITH THE REST OF THE
 SITE.
  
 4. THE PLANS DO NO CLEARLY SHOW HOW THE GENERATOR
 ENCLOSURE COMPLIES WITH SEC. 94-444(B) OF THE ZONING
 CODE. NOTE THAT THE GENERATOR MUST BE SCREENED BY A
 FENCE. CHAIN LINK WITH SLATS IS NOT PERMITTED. THE
 LANDSCAPING AROUND THE GENERATOR MUST BE PROTECTED BY
 "TYPE D" CURB ON ALL BUT THE NORTH SIDE. THE PLANS MUST
 SPECIFY THE PLACMENT OF THE SHRUBS, QUANTITY, SIZE, AND
 SPECIES. SHRUBS AND HEDGES MUST BE PLANTED AT 2 FEET ON
 CENTER.
  
 5. THE SUBMITTED PLANS DO NOT SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE
 GATE ACCESSING THE ENCLOSURE, PLEASE ADD IT.
  
 6. THE PROPOSED ADDITION OF PARKING SPACES WILL REQUIRE
 A SEPARATE PERMIT TO BE ISSUED SO A SEPARATE
 APPLICATION WOULD NEED TO BE MADE.
  
 7. IF IT HASN'T BEEN DONE ALREADY, THE 20 PARKING
 SPACES ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING WILL HAVE TO
 BE CLEARED OUT. THEY MAY NOT BE USED FOR STORAGE. DOING
 THIS MAY SAVE YOU THE EXPENSE OF HAVING TO CONSRUCT
 ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES.
