 REVIEW UNDER 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2007
 REVISIONS.
  
 1- PROVIDE A COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS REQUIRED
 BY THE CITY IMPLEMENTATION STANDARD FOR WIND-BORNE
 DEBRIS IMPACT PROTECTION. SEE ATTACHED SAMPLE.
  
 2- PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON EXPOSURE AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R301.2.1.4(3) OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. TAKE
 THIS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN CALCULATING THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING (NOTE: YOU MAY USE THE
 FOLLOWING DESIGN PRESSURES +42.7 AND -57.1, WHICH ARE
 TAKEN FROM TABLE R301.2.(3) OF 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. OTHERWISE PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR EACH OPENING).
  
 3- ANCHOR SCHEDULE ON PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED TAKES
 INTO CONSIDERATION ANCHOR INSTALLATION AT EDGE DISTANCE
 OF 3 1/2". SEE CHART ON SHEET 14 OF DRAWINGS SUBMITTED.
 IF EDGE DISTANCE IS LESS THAN 3 1/2", THEN ANCHOR
 SPACING MUST BE REDUCED ACCORDING TO THIS CHART.
 NOTE: SHUTTER SPAN COLUMN AND EDGE DISTANCE COLUMN OF
 CITY INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SAMPLE MUST BE COORDINATED.
 BLADE LENGTH SHOWN ON THE MEASURE FORM DOESN'T PROVIDE
 ENOUGH LENGTH TO GET THE 3 1/2" EDGE DISTANCE. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED.
  
 4- ANCHOR SPACING HIGHLIGHTED ON SHEET 13 OF SHUTTERS
 IS INCORRECT. THE ANCHOR SPACING THAT CORRESPONDS TO
 THE TAPCON ANCHOR IS 7" NOT 10". REVISE AS REQUIRED.
