 STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN "A" FLOOD ZONE. A FLOOD
 ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED.

 3) 105.13. SPECIAL FOUNDATION PERMIT
 WHEN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO ERECT OR ENLARGE A
 BUILDING HAS BEEN FILED, & PENDING ISSUANCE OF SUCH
 PERMIT, THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY, AT HIS/ HER DISCRETION, ISSUE A
 SPECIAL PERMIT FOR THE FOUNDATION ONLY, UPON WRITTEN
 REQUEST OF THE OWNER AND CONTRACTOR. THE HOLDER OF SUCH
 A SPECIAL PERMIT IS PROCEEDING AT HIS OR HER OWN RISK
 AND WITHOUT ASSURANCE THAT A PERMIT FOR THE REMAINDER
 OF THE WORK WILL BE GRANTED AND THAT CORRECTIONS WILL
 NOT BE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO MEET THE PROVISIONS OF THE
