 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 3) SHEET A2 CONFERENCE ROOM AND OFFICE #1 DOORS SHALL
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC SECTION 11-4.13.6
 MANEUVERING CLEARENCES AT DOORS. MINIMUM MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES AT DOORS THAT ARE NOT AUTOMATIC OR
 POWER-ASSISTED SHALL BE AS SHOWN IN FIG. 25.
  
 4) SINKS: 11-4.24.2 SINKS, HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE
 MOUNTED WITH THE COUNTER NO HIGHER THAN 34" ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR.
 11-4.24.3 KNEE CLEARANCE THAT IS AT LEAST 27" HIGH 30"
 WIDE, AND 19" DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDERNEATH SINKS.
 11-4.24.5 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AT
 LEAST 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES COMPLYING WITH SECTION
 11-4.2.4 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN FRONT OF A SINK TO ALLOW
 FORWARD APPROACH. THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19
 INCHES UNDERNEATH THE SINK. PROVIDE ELEVATION DETAIL
 DRAWINGS SHOWING THESE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 5) SHEET A3 IS MISSING THE SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE OF
 THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. THE SEAL OF THE ENGINEER IS
 NOT LEGIBLE. 106.1.3* THE SEAL SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY FOR OUR RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. TITLE BLOCK

 6) THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST
 INCLUDING STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
