 1. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION REQUIRED TO COMPLY
 WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. NO XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS WERE PROVIDED.
  
 2. THE PLANTING DETAILS INDICATE THAT 3" OF MULCH WILL
 BE APPLIED ABOVE THE ROOT BALL OF TREES AND SHRUBS. THE
 TREES AND SHRUBS SHALL BE PLANTED AT OR SLIGHTLY ABOVE
 GRADE WITH NO MORE THAN 1" OF MULCH APPLIED OVER THE
 ROOT BALL. THE 3" DEPTH OF MULCH SHALL BE APPLIED
 OUTSIDE OF THE ROOT BALL.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4)(G)(3), AUTOMATIC
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE USED FOR THE CULTIVATED
 LANDSCAPE AREAS FOR ALL PROPERTIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY. AN IRRIGATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO
 INSTALL OR RETROFIT AND EXISTING SYSTEM.
  
 5. SUBMIT A COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE COST OF ALL
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D)(2), ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN PLEASE PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF THE FOLLOWING:
 EXISTING OR PROPOSED UNDERGROUND OR OVERHEAD UTILITY
 SERVICES AND EASEMENTS; THE LOCATION OF SCREENING OF
 ALL GARBAGE RECEPTACLES, GROUND LEVEL AIR CONDITIONING
 AND POOL EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT; THE
 LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING TREES AND PLANT MATERIAL; THE
 CANOPIES OF TREES FROM NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES THAT
 EXTEND OVER THE SHARED PROPERTY LINES; IDENTIFICATION
 OF THE STREETS THAT ARE ADJACENT TO THIS PROPERTY; AND
 DELINEATION OF IRRIGATION COVERAGE, SENSORS LOCATION
 AND HIGH, MEDIUM AND LOW ZONES OF WATER USAGE.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SIZE OF THE PLANT MATERIAL--NOT
 JUST CONTAINER SIZE.
