 1. PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2. INDICATE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE SETBACKS TO REAR AND
 SIDE PROPERTY LINES. NOTE: CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION
 94-74: SINGLE FAMILY HIGH DENSITY (SF14) RESIDENTIAL
 DISTRICT - MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING ARE
 AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
  
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET; TEN FEET IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60
 FEET WIDE;
  
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF DEPTH, WHICHEVER IS
 LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 3. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED MECHANICAL
 (I.E., GENERATOR ON SOUTH AND WEST SIDE, A/C AND GAS
 BBQ) EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT TO THE
 ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(B)(4): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY
 NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4. INDICATE OVERHANG DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED
 STRUCTURE. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(B):
 OVERHANGS SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN THREE (3) FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-441(C)(2): AS THE
 VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE
 STRUCTURE'S VALUE (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH
 THE P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING
 SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
 FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND 94-445 OF
 THE ZLDRS.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-482: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE). NOTE: SHEET D3 SHOWING THE DETAIL OF
 THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAYS WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS
 SUBMITTAL. ADDITIONALLY, A RIGHT-OF-WAY PERMIT WILL
 NEED TO BE ACQUIRED FROM THE CITY'S ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT (561.494.1040), FOR THE PROPOSED APPROACH
 EXTENSIONS.
  
 7. INDICATE THE TOTAL ELEVATION AND SETBACK DIMENSIONS
 OF THE PROPOSED CHIMNEY TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
 PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-305(B)(10): CHIMNEYS
 MAY PROJECT NO MORE THAN 18 INCHES INTO ANY SETBACK.
  
 8. INDICATE IF ANY TREES WILL BE REMOVED AS A RESULT OF
 THE PROPOSED PROJECT. IF YES, A TREE ALTERATION/REMOVAL
