 1) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.
 THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 2) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. PLEASE INDICATE
 THIS INFORMATION ON THE PLANS.
  
 3) STATE THE LEVEL OF ALTERATION ON THE PLANS PER 2004
 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER
 MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION
 PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.
  
 4) THE DRAWINGS NEED TO INDICATE THE TYPE OF BUILDING
 PER TABLE 601, THE USE AND OCCUPANCY PER CHAPTER 3 AND
 THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING PER TABLE 503.
  
 5) PROVIDE DRAWINGS CLEARLY SHOWING THE EXISTING FLOOR
 PLAN AND A PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN WITH ALL THE CHANGES.
 THE DRAWINGS SHALL INDICATE THE CORRECT ADDRESS OF THE
 PROJECT. THE APPLICATION SHOWS UNIT 1510 AND THE FOUR
 SHEETS OF THE PLANS SUBMITTED SHOW UNIT 1110. THE
 SHEETS SUBMITTED ALSO SHOW TWO DIFFERENT UNIT NUMBERS;
 ONE SET HAS UNIT 01 AND THE OTHER HAS UNIT 0, WHICH
 UNIT IS IT? THE DRAWINGS SHALL CONTAIN A WALL LEGEND
 WITH SYMBOLS TO IDENTIFY THE NEW WALLS AND THE EXISTING
 WALLS TO AVOID CONFUSION. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL
 BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION,
 NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN
 DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISION OF THE
 CODE. FBC 106.1.1 NOTE: THE PLANS DO NOT CLEARLY SHOW
 ANY OPENING INTO THE DEN AREA, PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 6) FBC 106- THE PERSON TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE
 DRAWINGS SHALL SIGN AND PRINT HIS/HER NAME ON EACH
 SHEET OF THE DRAWINGS. IF THE PERSON IS A REGISTERED
 ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER LEGALLY REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS
 OF THIS STATE, THEN HE OR SHE SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER
 OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE TO SAID DRAWINGS AS
 REQUIRED PER FLORIDA STATUTES CHAPTER 471.025 AND
 481.221.
  
 7) IF THE SPACE HAS A SPRINKLER SYSTEM, SHOW ON THE
 CEILING PLANS HOW THE NEW WALLS AFFECT THE SYSTEM. IF
 THE HEADS HAVE TO BE RELOCATED, SPRINKLER DRAWINGS MAY
 BE REQUIRED. IF THERE IS NO CHANGE PLEASE INDICATE ON
 THE PLANS. FBC 106.3.5.1.1(5) FS 553.79(2).
