 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 2) INDICATE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF EACH NEW CONFERENCE
 ROOM AND THE TOTAL OCCUPANCY OF THE SPACE PER TABLE
 1004.1.2.
  
 3) IF THIS BUILDING HAS A SPRINKLER SYSTEM, PLEASE
 STATE THIS INFORMATION ON THE PLANS. NOW THE SPACE IS
 ALTERED SHOW THE LAYOUT AND LOCATION OF THE SPRINKLER
 HEADS IN RELATION TO THE NEW ROOMS; THIS INFORMATION
 CAN BE SHOW ON THE CEILING PLANS WHICH IS ALSO MISSING
 FROM THE DRAWINGS. FBC 106.3.5.1.1(5) FS 553.79(2).
  
 4) TABLE 803.5 MINIMUM INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION;
 PROVIDE INFORMATION BASED ON INTERIOR FINISH
 REQUIREMENTS BASED ON OCCUPANCY. INDICATE THE INTERIOR
 FINISHES ON THE PLANS.
  
 5) WALL TYPES W-1 AND W-2 FAIL TO INDICATE HOW THE TOP
 AND BOTTOM TRACK WILL BE FASTEN TO THE RESPECTIVE
 STRUCTURE. STATE THE TYPE OF FASTENERS TO BE USED TO
 HOLD THE TRACK IN PLACE AND THE SPACING OF THE
 FASTENERS. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED 106.1.2
  
 6) THE CLAIMED VALUATION THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST EXCLUDING
 LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS ICC (BVD)
 MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS SERVICES PER FBC

 COUNTER SHALL MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES AND MINIMUM
 WIDTH OF 36 INCHES. PLEASE SHOW THIS INFORMATION ON THE
 SUBMITTED DRAWINGS. THE WALLS AROUND THE RECEPTIONIST
 SHOW A 42 INCH HIGH WALL.
  
 8) INDICATE THE TYPE AND HEIGHT OF THE BUILDING PER FBC
