 PER FBC R301.2.1.4. THE BUILDING IS DIRECTLY ADJACENT
 TO OPEN AREAS OF EXPOSURE C TYPE TERRAIN FOR A DISTANCE
 OF MORE THAN 600 FEET. PLEASE REVISE PLANS. SEE SHEETS
 T1, A4 AND A5.
  
 3) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R302.1 EXTERIOR WALLS.
 EXTERIOR WALLS SEPARATED BY LESS THAN 6 FEET (1828 MM)
 SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN A ONE-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE
 RATING WITH EXPOSURE FROM BOTH SIDES. PROJECTIONS SHALL
 NOT EXTEND TO A POINT CLOSER THAN 4 FEET (1220 MM) FROM
 AN ADJACENT PROJECTION OR WALL.PROJECTIONS EXTENDING
 INTO THE 6-FOOT (1829 MM) SEPARATION DISTANCE SHALL
 HAVE NOT LESS THAN 1-HOUR FIRE-RESISTIVE CONSTRUCTION
 ON THE UNDERSIDE. THE ABOVE PROVISIONS SHALL NOT APPLY
 TO WALLS WHICH ARE PERPENDICULAR TO A LINE EXTENDING
 FROM THE POINT FROM WHICH THE SEPARATION DISTANCE HAS
 BEEN MEASURED RUNNING AND PARALLEL TO THE PROPERTY
 LINE. THE DISTANCE FROM SOME OF THE STRUCTURE'S WALLS
 TO THE PROPERTY LINES ARE LESS THAN SIX FEET. SUBMIT 2
 SURVEYS OR SITE PLANS THAT SPECIFY THE DISTANCES TO
 STRUCTURES ON ADJACENT PROPERTIES AT THESE LOCATIONS.
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R302.2 OPENINGS.
 OPENINGS SHALL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE EXTERIOR WALL OF
 A DWELLING OR ACCESSORY BUILDING THAT IS SEPARATED FROM
 AN ADJACENT BUILDING BY A DISTANCE OF LESS THAN 6 FEET
 (1828 MM). THIS DISTANCE SHALL BE MEASURED
 PERPENDICULAR TO THE LINE USED TO DETERMINE THE
 SEPARATION DISTANCE.
  
 5) PLEASE REVISE THE WINDOW AND DOOR OPENING PRESSURES
 LISTED ON SHEETS A4 AND A5 TO EXPOSURE C. FBC R 301.2.1
  
 6) THE PLANS SPECIFY CONCRETE ROOF TILE ON SHEET A4 AND
 THE SECTION ON A6 SPECIFIES CLAY ROOF TILE. PLEASE
 CORRECT.
  
 7) SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE
 ROOF COVERING THAT WILL BE INSTALLED. FAC RULE 9B-72
  
 8) SHEET A2 OF THE PLANS SPECIFIES 2" X 6" X 1/8" MULLS
 AT THE LIVING ROOM WINDOWS. THE PRODUCT APPROVALS THAT
 WERE SUBMITTED ARE FOR 2" X 6" X .250" (1/4") MULLIONS.
 PLEASE REVISE PLANS.
  
 9) SHEET A2 OF THE PLANS SPECIFIES 1" X 4" X 1/8" MULLS
 AT THE BREAKFAST ROOM WINDOWS. THE PRODUCT APPROVALS
 THAT WERE SUBMITTED ARE FOR 1" X 4" X .375" (3/8")
 MULLIONS. PLEASE REVISE PLANS.
  
 10) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE 1X HEAVY WALL
 MULLIONS ARE MISSING THE UPPER PART OF THE INSTALLATION
 DRAWINGS AND TABLES. PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLETE DRAWINGS.

 FD101 OUTSWING FRENCH DOOR IS EXPIRED. PLEASE SUBMIT

 NOTE: IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY DELAYS IN GETTING THE
 PERMIT ISSUED, PLEASE REVIEW DESIGN PRESSURES OF ALL
 PRODUCTS REQUIRING PRODUCT APPROVAL TO MAKE SURE THEY
 WILL BE ADEQUATE FOR THE HIGHER COMPONENT AND CLADDING
 PRESSURES OF EXPOSURE CATEGORY C.
 NOTE: PLEASE RESUBMIT THE SHEETS FROM THE OLD PLANS
 WITH THE IMPACT FEE STAMPS ON THEM.
