 2. PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.

 INDICATE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS OF ALL EXTERIOR

 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), SECTION 94-72: SINGLE FAMILY LOW
 DENSITY (SF7) RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT - MINIMUM SETBACKS
 FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
  
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET; TEN FEET IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60
 FEET WIDE;
  
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF DEPTH, WHICHEVER IS
 LESS;
  
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 4. INDICATE OVERHANG DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED
 ADDITION. AS PER SECTION 94-305(B) OF THE ZLDRS:
 OVERHANGS SHALL NOT PROJECT MORE THAN THREE (3) FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 5. IF APPLICABLE, INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM
 PROPOSED AND/OR RELOCATED A/C EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY
 LINES. AS PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS:
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
