 1) NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE TO ADJUST CODES AND DESIGNS FOR
 THE FOLLOWING. THE PERMIT APPLICATION HAS ONLY NOW BEEN
 MADE. PER FAC 69A-60.004 AND .003 NFPA-1 AND NFPA-101
 HAS BEEN REVISED TO THE 2006 EDITIONS OF EACH.
 THIS IS A SEPARATE ADOPTED RULING FROM THE STATE AND IS
 NOT BASED ON THE NEW CODE ADOPTIONS OF MARCH 1ST 2009.
 PLEASE REVISE ANY NEEDED DESIGNS AND REVISED CODE
 REFERENCES ON PLANS.
  
 2) NOTE: AS STATED ON PREVIOUS REVIEWS. THE BASE
 BUILDING DOES NOT CONTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
 ALL PLANS SHALL GO BACK TO THE BASE BUILDING DESIGNERS
 OF RECORD FOR *SHOP DRAWING REVIEW STAMP* AND SIGNATURE
 FROM EACH INDIVIDUAL DESIGNER OF RECORD.
 THIS BUILDING IS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH OF
 THOSE DESIGNERS UNTIL SUCH TIME THE BUILDING IS
 COMPLETE BASED ON PERMITTED SCOPE OF WORK ON PLANS FOR
 C OF O, C OF C, ETC.

 3) NOTE: PLEASE SEE PREVIOUS REVIEW COMMENTS. NO NEW
 SERVICE WITH SEPARATE METER WILL BE GRANTED. IN SEVERAL
 MEETINGS HELD BEFORE PLANS WERE RESUBMITTED THE REQUEST
 WAS MADE FOR THE SEPARATE MAIN IN ORDER FOR ALL
 ELECTRICAL IN THE TENANT SPACE TO BE FED SEPARATELY SO
 THAT THE TENANT COULD BE METERED SEPARATELY FROM FPL
 AND PAY THEIR OWN ELECTRIC BILL.
 IN THE MEETINGS HELD IT WAS AGREED TO REMOVE COMMON
 AREAS WHICH WERE BEING FED FROM TENANT MAIN AND TO HAVE
 ACTUAL TENANT SEPARATION.
 THIS WAS ALSO BASED ON THE EGRESS LIGHTING IN TENANT
 SPACE BEING FED FROM BATTERY BACK UP FIXTURES IN ORDER
 TO EXIT OCCUPANTS FROM THE BUILDING IN THE EVENT OF
 POWER FAILURE/EMERGENCY.
 THE PLANS HAVE NOW BEEN COMPLETELY REVISED TO SHOW A
 SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF *GENERAL LIGHTING* WHICH HAPPENS
 TO BE BATTERY BACK UP FIXTURES ALSO BEING FED FROM THE
 CITY'S ELECTRICAL SERVICE MAIN WHICH IS PART OF THE
 CITY'S METERING AND BILLING. THIS IS NOT WHAT WAS GONE
 OVER IN THE MEETINGS AND MANY DISCUSSIONS. THIS IS
 COMPLETELY OPPOSITE FROM THE REASON A SEPARATE
 SERVICE/MAIN WAS REQUESTED IN ORDER TO METER SEPARATELY
 FOR TENANT. ESSENTIALLY BASED ON THE ELECTRICAL SHOWN
 MUCH OF THE ELECTRICAL LIGHTING IS FED FROM THE CITY'S
 ELECTRICAL SERVICE WHICH WOULD NOW AFFECT THE 700 AND
 701 SYSTEMS FOR SELECTIVE COORDINATION.
 THE TENANT BATH ROOMS AND OTHER AREAS ARE ALSO STILL
 BEING SHOWN BEING FED FROM THE BASE BUILDING'S
 ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. THIS BATHROOM IS LOCATED IN THE
 TENANT SPACE ALONG WITH SHIPPING AND RECEIVING. THIS
 WOULD ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS CROSSED INTO THE TENANT SPACE.
 THIS WILL ALSO NOT BE PERMITTED.
 THE TENANT MAY GO BACK TO THE BASE BUILDING ELECTRICAL
 SERVICE AS THERE IS SPACE, LOAD AND DESIGN FOR THE
 TENANT.

 4) NOTE: AS NOTED ON PREVIOUS REVIEW. PLEASE SUBMIT
 COMPLETE LIGHTING PERFORMANCE CALCULATIONS BASED ON
 13-415.2, 13-415.2.ABC.1.1, .1.2.
 PLEASE SEE SECTION AS NOTED FOR TRACK LIGHTING. THE
 WATTAGE MUST BE BASED ON THE RATING OF THE FIXTURE
 TIMES THE NUMBER OF FIXTURES, OR 30WATTS PER FOOT WHICH
 EVER IS GREATER.
  
 AN EXAMPLE: THE WATTAGE PER SQ FT SHOWN FOR MUSEUM AREA
 IS 1.7. THE CODE IN TABLE *B* ALLOWS 1.0 AND THEN ONLY
 THE ADDITIONAL FOR THE ACTUAL DISPLAY OR ACCENT
 LIGHTING IS EXEMPT. THIS IS NOT AN AREA FOR RESTORATION
 WORK WHICH IS WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE ALLOWANCE SHOWN.
  
 THE WATTAGE MUST BE BASED ON FIXTURE/BALLAST VA. SEE
 FIXTURES A AND B FOR EXAMPLE. IN THE CALCULATIONS THE
 COMPLETE FIXTURE WATTAGE IS SHOWN AT 30WATTS. HOW IS
 THIS POSSIBLE WHEN EACH OF THESE FIXTURES CONTAIN
 2-32WATT BULBS BASED ON THE FIXTURE LEGEND? EVEN WITH
 SOME OF THE MOST EFFICIENT BALLAST AVAILABLE ON THE
 MARKETS, THE WATTAGE WOULD NOT BE CUT INTO LESS THAN
 HALF. BASE ON THE CALCULATIONS AND DERIVED WATTAGE
 THERE SEEMS TO BE SOME SORT OF MISPRINT OF ACTUAL
 FIXTURE WATTAGE.
  
 ANOTHER EXAMPLE WOULD BE SPACE 1.14 WHICH SHOWS A
 FIXTURE WATTAGE FIGURED INTO THE CALCULATIONS OF 30
 WATTS HOWEVER BASED ON THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE PER FIXTURE
 AS STATED ON THE FIXTURE LEGEND THE FIXTURES WOULD BE A
 MAXIMUM OF 37WATTS. THIS WOULD BE THE WATTAGE NEEDED TO
 BE FIGURED INTO THE CALCULATIONS. THIS IS ONLY THE
 WATTAGE *IF* THE TOTAL WATTAGE OF FIXTURES TIMES THE
 NUMBER OF FIXTURES IS LOWER THAN THE 30VA PER FT OF
 TRACK ON PLANS. (AS NOTED ABOVE).
  
 THERE ARE OTHER AREAS AND ROOMS SUCH AS COMPUTER LAB
 WHICH SHOWS A *0* WATTAGE IN DESIGN. THESE CALCULATIONS
 MUST BE BASED ON SPACE BY SPACE. HOW CAN THESE VALUES
 BE *0*?
 PLEASE SEE CODE SECTIONS AS NOTED ABOVE.
 THESE ARE ONLY SOME EXAMPLES AS IS NOT A LIST OF EACH
 ITEM NOT SHOWN FOR CODE COMPLIANCE AND COORDINATION.

 5) NOTE: THERE SHALL BE NO STORAGE IN ELECTRICAL ROOMS
 WHICH CONTAIN ELECTRICAL PANELS, TRANSFORMERS AND OVER
 CURRENT PROTECTION. PLANS INDICATE COMPUTER STORAGE
 WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED IN ROOM 2.13.
