 3) NOTE: PLEASE SEE THE NEW PROPOSED SERVICE SHOWN ON
 PLANS IS NOT GRANTED PER 230.2. THE BASE BUILDING HAS
 ALLOWANCE IN EXISTING EQUIPMENT FOR THIS SPACE FOR
 FUTURE TENANT. A NEW SERVICE AS SHOWN DOES NOT MEET ANY
 ALLOWANCES TO GRANT AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE TO THIS
 SPACE. THIS HAS BEEN CONFIRMED WITH THE CHIEF
 ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR
 AS SHOWN THIS TENANT SPACE WOULD ALSO HAVE ELECTRICAL
 LIGHTING BEING FED FROM BASE BUILDING ELECTRICAL
 SYSTEMS FOR EMERGENCY LIGHTING ETC FROM ANOTHER

 IS NOT CLEAR AT THIS TIME. PLANS SEEM TO INDICATE SOME
 ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IN THE BASE BUILDING AND NOT IN
 THE TENANT SPACE OR ELECTRICAL ROOM. THE EQUIPMENT ON
 MEZZANINE LEVEL IS IN THE CITY SPACE/EQUIPMENT ROOM
 WHICH WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. COMMON AREA CORRIDORS,
 ACCESS ETC ALL NEEDS TO BE CONFIRMED.

 LOADS. HOW IS TRACK LIGHTING LOADS FIGURED? HOW ARE
 CONTINUOUS LOADS FIGURED? ARE ALL THESE ALREADY FIGURED
 INTO LOADS AS SHOWN?
 IF THIS IS THE CASE PLEASE SHOW AND INDICATE.
 PLEASE SHOW LOADS ON THE EXISTING SERVICE WHICH THIS
 TENANT SPACE WILL BE FED FROM.

 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE COULD NOT BE DONE. PLEASE BE SURE
 TO SEE THE SECTIONS NOTED ABOVE SPECIFIC TO TRACK
 LIGHTING.
 PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLETE THE FIXTURE LEGEND WITH
 SPECIFIC FIXTURES. AN EXAMPLE OF THE FIXTURES NOT
 SHOWING INFORMATION WOULD BE THE XENON STRIP LIGHTING.
  
 7) NOTE: PLEASE ADJUST CODES NOTED. SHOULD READ THE
 2004 FBC W/2007 REVISIONS.
  
 8) NOTE: PLEASE BE SURE TO SHOW CONNECTIONS OF ANY
 TRANSFORMERS PER 250.53,250.58,250.66. THERE IS A
 GROUNDING ELECTRODE RISER IN THE EXISTING BUILDING
 WHICH REQUIRES ANY TRANSFORMER TO BE CONNECTED TO. AS
 THE LOCATIONS PROPOSED FOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT IS NOT
 GRANTED OR KNOWN TO BE FINAL AT THIS TIME, THE LOCATION
 OF EQUIPMENT IN THE PROXIMITY OF THE EXISTING RISER MAY
 HELP.

 ENCLOSURE. THE CODE WOULD REQUIRE ENCASEMENT OF

 PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO PLANS. ANY
 ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION SUCH AS PRODUCT APPROVALS,
 SPEC/CUT SHEETS, CALCULATIONS ETC SHOULD BE PLACED INTO
 TWO SETS/FOLDERS/BINDERS ETC.
