 1. PURSUANT TO THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS: REQUIRED OFF-STREET
 PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING
 UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY ON WHICH THE
 UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. PURSUANT TO ZLDR, SECTION 94-486
 - LINE #133, TABLE XV-6: REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF TWO (2)
 PARKING SPACES ONSITE FOR SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AND
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485-FIGURE XV-2: REQUIRES A
 MINIMUM OF 18' LINEAR CLEARANCE FOR EACH PARKING SPACE.
  
 THEREFORE THE PROPOSED ENCLOSURE OF THE CARPORT IS NOT
 PERMITTED AS IT WOULD RESULT IN ONE (1) PARKING SPACE
 OF 13' LINEAR CLEARANCE AND THUS A VIOLATION OF THE
 ABOVE MENTIONED CODES. NOTE: PURSUANT TO ZLDR, SECTION
 94-38(C)(7): A VARIANCE FROM THE PARKING REQUIREMENTS
 SHALL NOT BE GRANTED.
