 SURFACE UP TO 4 FEET ABOVE FINISHED FLOOR. EPOXY PAINT
 DOES NOT MEET THE HARD REQUIREMENT. PLEASE INDICATE HOW
 THE REQUIREMENT FOR A HARD SURFACE WILL BE COMPLIED
 WITH.
