 1. PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE THE DIMENSIONS OF DRIVE
 AISLES, PARKING SPACES, AND LANDSCAPE ISLANDS.
 REFERENCE SEC. 94-458(J)(2) FOR MINIMUM AISLE AND
 PARKING SPACE DIMENSIONS.
  
 2. A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE MEETING THE DIMENSIONAL
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 94-444 MUST BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. PLEASE REVIEW THE REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 94-443(B) FOR
 THE MINIMUM STANDARDS OF THE PERIMETER LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT THE PROPOSED OAKS
 IN THE NORTH BUFFER BE REPLACED FOR A LOWER GROWING
 SPECIES THAT WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE OVERHEAD POWER
 LINES.
  
 4. THE INTERIOR PARKING LOT LANDSCAPING IS REGULATED BY
 SEC. 94-446(C)(3) AND (5). PLEASE REVIEW THE STANDARDS
 AND MAKE CHANGES ACCORDINGLY. NOTE THAT EACH PARKING
 ROW NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED WITH A LANDSCAPE ISLAND NOT
 LESS THAN 5 FEET IN WIDTH. THE TERMINAL ISLANDS MUST
 EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING SPACE
 AND CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. ALL
 NEW LANDSCAPED AREAS MUST BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR
 ENCROACHMENT BY EITHER TYPE D CURB OR WHEEL STOPS.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN MEETING THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. 94-441 THROUGH SEC. 94-450 AS
 APPLICABLE.
  
 NOTE THAT KELLY FREEMAN, PLANNER, AND ROBERT KUSSNER,
 LANDSCAPE PLANNER, MET WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER AUGUST
 13, 2008, TO DISCUSS SOME POTENTIAL CHANGES TO THE
 PLANS AND SUPPLIED HER WITH A CONCEPTUAL SKETCH TO
 MODIFY THE PARKING LOT LAYOUT.
