 1. LANDSCAPE PLAN MUST BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445(4)(A), SHADE AND
 FLOWERING TREES SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF EIGHT FEET IN
 HEIGHT AND POSSESS A MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET OF CLEAR
 TRUNK SPACE. THE CREPE MYRTLE TREES DO NOT MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3)A, EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED
 ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH (EXCLUDING
 THE REQUIRED CURB) AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE
 ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL
 HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF 21/2 FEET AT ITS END SO AS TO
 ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL
 CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE. THE
 PARKING ROW EAST OF THE MAIN ENTRY, ADJACENT TO THE
 HANDICAP PARKING STALL IS MISSING THE REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND TREE AT THE WEST END. A TREE IS
 MISSING IN THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE EAST
 END OF THAT PARKING ROW.
  
 4. THE CAR STOPS SHALL BE ELIMINATED ALONG THE WEST AND
 NORTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE AND REPLACED WITH CURBING.
 THE ASPHALT SHALL BE REMOVED WITHIN THE 2 FOOT OVERHANG
 AREA. THIS WILL ALLOW ADDTIONAL GREEN SPACE FOR THE
 ROOTS OF THE TREES TO DEVELOP. NO TREES OR SHRUBS CAN
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE 2 FOOT OVERHANG AREA.
  
 5. THE PERIMETER HEDGE ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE
 SITE SHALL BE PLACED ALONG THE INSIDE PERIMETER OF THE
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER WITH SOD OR GROUND COVER PLANTED ALONG
 THE STREET SIDE OF THE HEDGE. THE HEDGE ALONG THE NORTH
 PERIMETER OF THE SITE SHALL BE PLANTED ALONG THE
 PROPERTY LINE WITH SOD OR GROUND COVER PLANTED ALONG
 THE INSIDE OF THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 6. PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY TO DEMONSTATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY OF WEST PALM
 BEACH ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. THE PLAN
 REFERENCED COUNTY REQUIREMENTS WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO
 WITH CITY REQUIREMENTS.
  
 7. PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY TO DEMONSTRATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-442(G) "XERISCAPE
 REQUIREMENT".
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. THIS APPLIES
 TO THE AUSTRALIAN AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY. ALL LANDSCAPED
 AREAS SHALL BE IRRIGATED, INCLUDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 AREAS.
  
 9. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442(B)(1), ALL OPEN SPACE,
 EXCLUDING VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN CIRCULATION FEATURES
 AND SURFACE PARKING, SHALL BE COVERED WITH GRASS,
 GROUND COVER, SHRUBBERY, OR OTHER SUITABLE PLANT
 MATERIAL. THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS SHALL EITHER BE
 COMPLETELY COVERED WITH GROUND COVER OR SOD. MULCH,
 WITHOUT PLANTING, IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
  
 10. THE SPECIES OF OAK PROPOSED DOES NOT GROW IN THIS
 ZONE. PLEASE CHANGE THE SPECIES.
  
 11. YOU SHALL COMPLY WITH FPL'S "PLANT THE RIGHT TREE
 IN THE RIGHT PLACE" PROGRAM. PLEASE SHOW ALL OVERHEAD
 POWER LINES. OAK TREES CANNOT BE PLANTED WITHIN 30 FEET
 OF OVERHEAD LINES.
  
 12. ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN, PLEASE PROVIDE THE LOCATION
 OF ALL SITE LIGHTING, UTILITIES AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT
 MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED TREES.
  
 13. PROVIDE THE DUMPSTER LOCATION AND DETAILS OF HOW IT
 WILL BE FULLY SCREENED.
  
 14. PROVIDE THE QUANTITY OF PLANTS IN EACH LOCATION.
