 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO

 1B) INFORMATIONAL: PLEASE SUBMIT 2 OF ALL SURVEYS,
 PLANS, REPORTS, REVISIONS , PRODUCT APPROVALS AND OR
 SUBMITTALS FOR REVIEW FOR PERMIT. IF YOUR PROJECT WILL
 REQUIRE A RESIDENT INSPECTOR OR IF YOUR PROJECT IS A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING REQUIRING A THRESHOLD INSPECTOR THEN
 (3) THREE SETS OF ALL SAID DOCUMENTS WILL BE REQUIRED
 FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE. 106.1* /2004 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS
 WEST PALM BEACH ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
  
 1C) INFORMATIONAL 106.1.1* W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE
 CODE/2004 DRAWINGS & SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN
 INFORMATION, IN THE FORM OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO
 THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS, WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO
 CONFORMITY WITH THE TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION
 SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE
 CITED AS A WHOLE OR IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR
 ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC
 INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS, AS
 DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

 COMMENCEMENT, TO BE FILED WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT.
 NOTE: 713.13(2) IF THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT IS NOT ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS
 AFTER THE RECORDING THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL &
 VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6) THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF
 COMMENCEMENT AT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST
 INSPECTION.
  
 1E) INFORMATIONAL: PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST
 TIME REVIEW) AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO
 THE 2004 FBC BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 NOTE!!!! THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THIS PERMIT
 IS TO FINISH WORK STATED UNDER THE EXPIRED PERMIT
 05070295 BUT THE PLANS INDICATE THE TOTAL SCOPE OF THE
 PROJECT.I'VE SPOKE WITH THE BUILDING OFFICIAL NEIL
 MELICK ABOUT THIS PROJECT. NEIL ADVISED EITHER THE
 CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE A LETTER INDICATING THE SCOPING
 OF WORK TO BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT. THE CHIEF
 INSPECTOR KEN CONRAD TO MAKE A JOBSITE VISIT TO CONFIRM
 THE SCOPING INDICATED WITHIN THE LETTER REFLECTS THE
 CORRECT AMOUNT OF WORK LEFT TO COMPLETEE THE PROJECT.
 WE WILL BE REVIEWING THE REMAINDER OF THE PROJECT UNDER
 THE 2004 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
 LETTER FROM THE CONTRACTOR FOR THE REMAINDER OF WORK TO
 BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT IS ATTACHED TO PLAANS
 AND PERMIT APPLICATION.
 AS STATED IN THE CONTRACTORS LETTER SUB-PERMITS WILL
 ALSO NEED TO BE REAPPLIED FOR: ELECTRIC,PLUMBING,
 MECHANICAL, FIRE SPRINKLER, ROOFING, DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
 AND SIGNAGE.
  
 2) THE DESIGNER WILL NEED TO UPDATE THE PLANS TO READ
 THE DESIGN NOT TO THE CURRENT CODE BUT BE SPECIFIC AS
 TO THE DESIGN CRITERIA. 2004 FBC EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 301.5 THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL SHALL ELECT TO WHAT LEVEL
 ALTERATION THEY ARE DESIGNING TOO.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED DO NOT HAVE ANY ENERGY CALCULATIONS
 SUBMITTED, 2004 FBC EXISTING BUILDING CODE SECTION
 611.1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. ALTERATIONS SUBJECT TO THIS
 CHAPTER SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER
 13 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 4) THE FIRE AREA OF THIS BUILDING IS OVER 12,000 SQ FT
 REQUIRING FIRE SPRINKLERS, IN 903.2.6(1). THE EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE SECTION 601.2 IN ADDITION TO THE
 REQUIREMENTS TO THEREQUIEMENTS OF THIS CHAPTER, ALL
 WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 5 OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE. SECTION 504.1 LEVEL 1 ALTERATIONS SHALL
 NOT BE DONE IN A MANNER THAT MAINTAINS THE LEVEL OF
 FIRE PROTECTION PROVIDED. PLEASE SUBMIT PLANS FOR FIRE
 SPRINKLERS TO MEEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF 903.2.6(1) AND
 504.1 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. NOTE SEPERATE PLANS WILL
 ALSO BE REQUIRED FOR THE FIRE SPRINKLER PERMIT.
