 REVIEW UNDER FBC 2004 WITH 2007 REVISIONS.
  
 1- THERE WERE REPORTS SUBMITTED SHOWING THAT THERE WAS
 A FIRE IN THE KITCHEN OF THE HOUSE.PLANS SUBMITTED
 NEED TO INDICATE ANY SCOPE OF WORKTHAT IS REQUIRED TO
 FIX THE FIRE DAMAGE TO THE STRUCTURE. SEC.101.3 OF
 2004 FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 2- PLANS NEED TO CLEARLYSPECIFYCLASSIFICATION OF
 WORK AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 301.5OF 2004 FLORIDA
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 3- NEED RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT.SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE PROVIDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 4- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD (561)233-5120)TO CHECK IF
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF PAID RECEIPT IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE.
  
 5- ENERGY CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED:
 A) SPECIFY EAVE OVERHANG ON ITEM #5.
 B) CLARIFY HOW ARE YOU GETTING THE 0.3 INSULATION ON
 THE CONCRETE SLAB ON GRADE, ITEM #8A. ONLY WHEN
 INSULATION IS ADDED IS WHEN THE R-VALUE MAY BE TAKEN
 INTO CONSIDERATION.
 C) REVISEINSULATION R-VALUE FOR EXTERIOR WALL ITEM
 #9(A)2.R-19 INSULATION DOESN'T FIT ON 2X4 WALL.
 ***NOTE: REVISE INFORMATION ON TABLE 6C-1 ON THE BACK
 OF THE FORM TOO. R-11 IS THE INSULATION VALUE THAT
 GOES WITH 2X4 WALL..
 D) CLARIFY IF ADDING THE INSULATION ON EXISTING
 ADJACENT MASONRY WALL ANDADJACENT FRAME WALL.
 OTHERWISE IF NO ADDINGTHE INSULATION , THEN LEAVE
 SPACE BLANK.THIS PRESCRIPTIVE FORM ONLY APPLIES TO
 NEW COMPONENTS BEING INSTALLED.
 E) IS THE A/C SYSTEM ON ITEM #11 NEW OR EXISTING?.
  
  
 6- SHEET 1.1:
 A) DESIGN LOADS SHOWN ON DESIGN PARAMETERS BOX DON'T
 MATCH THE DESIGN LOADS SHOWN ON STRUCTURAL NOTE 2A.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 B) UPDATE STRUCTURAL NOTE #12. SEE THE 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE AND REFERENCE CORRECT CODE SECTION.
 SEC. 2306.1 APPLIES TO OTHER BUILDING OTHER THAN ONE
 AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCES.
 C) REVISE AND CLARIFY STRUCTURAL NOTE #14:1 3/4"
 NAILING IS NOT ADEQUATE. ASTM C926 AND ASTM C1063
 REQUIRES MIN. 1 3/4" NAIL PENETRATION INTO THE
 STRUCTURAL MEMBER. THEREFORE, NAILS NEED TO BE LONGER.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 ALSO, CLARIFY WHAT'S 1/2" EXT. PLYWOOD VENT SYSTEM
 REQUIRED?
 D) REVISE CODE SPECIFIED O THE DESIGN PARAMETERS
 BOX. CORRECT CODEFOR ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCES IS
 THE 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. AND CORRECT SECTION
 FOR DESIGN LOADS IS SEC. R301. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 7- SHEET 2.1:
 A) TYPICAL WALL SECTION:
 (1) SPECIFY VENTILATION TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R806 OF
 2004 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. CONFIRM OR ADD CONT.
 VENT. IS NOT ADEQUATE INFORMATION.
 (2) REVISE INSULATION VALUE. R-19 DOESN'T FIT ON 2X4
 WALL.
 (3) CLARIFY IF ADDING A 4"X4" CONC. PIER, THEN HOW
 ARE YOU GETTING THE 8" FROM GRADE TO TOP OF PIER AS
 SHOWN ON THE SECTION. SEE COMMENTS ONWALL SECTION.
  
 (4) CLARIFY WHY THE 4" GALV. FLASH. IS BURIEDUNDER
 THE FINISH GRADE.SEE SEC. R704 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 (5) SPECIFY EXISTING FOOTING SIZE. THIS IS PART OF
 THE DESIGN.CONFIRM EXISTING FOOTING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE
 DESCRIPTION.SEE SEC.R403 OF 2004 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 (6) TYPICAL WALL SECTION CALLS FOR T-11 ON WALLS,
 WHILE DETAIL D/ 2/1 CALLS FOR 7/8" STUCCO. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED TO MATCH.
 (7) INFORMATION ON DETAILD / 2/1DOESN'T MATCH
 INFORMATION SHOWN ON TYPICAL WALL SECTION.SEE
 INFORMATION ABOUT MEMBRANE STRIP COVERING, ETC. AT
 BOTTOM OF DETAIL.REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. ALSO,
 CHECK DIMENSIONS.
  
 8- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) FRENCH DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 B) SINGLE HUNG WINDOWS.
 D) SHUTTERS IF DOORS AND WINDOWS DON'T HAVE IMPACT
 GLAZING.
 ***NOTE: ALSO, PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE
 FOR STORM SHUTTERS AND CLEARLY MARK ON SHUTTERS
 DRAWINGS SPECIFIC MOUNTING CONDITIONS AND ANCHOR TYPE
