 3.INDICATE BREAK DOWN OF PARKING, REQUIRED VS
 PROVIDED FOR STANDARD AND HANDICAP PARKING SPACES.
  
 4.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(O)(2)(A) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):ALL SPACES
 SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO A CURB RAMP OR CURB CUT, WHEN
 NECESSARY, TO ALLOW ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING SERVED.
 SPACES SHALL BE LOCATED SO THAT USERS ARE NOT COMPELLED
 TO WALK OR OTHERWISE MOVE BEHIND PARKED VEHICLES,
 EXCLUDING OTHER VEHICLES PARKED IN ADJACENT PARKING
 SPACES FOR THE DISABLED.
  
 5.A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL NEED TO BE ACQUIRED FROM THE
 CITY?S ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (561.494.1040), FOR THE
 PROPOSED PARKING LOT APRON.
