 AT 1609.4 EXPOSURE ?C? WITHIN THE ?C? TERRAIN PARAGRAPH
 THE STATEMENT OF ?C? TYPE TERRAIN WHICH IS WITHIN A ?B?
 EXPOSURE WHERE THE TERRAIN ADJACENT TO ANY QUADRANT OF
 THE BUILDING IS CLEAR FOR MORE THAN 600 FEET FROM THE
 STRUCTURE THEN THE EXPOSURE C ADJUSTMENT FACTORS FOUND
 IN TABLE 1609.6.2.1(4). NOTE S-3 NEEDS TO ADJUST THE
 EXPOSURE TYPE TO C WHICH WILL ALSO CREATE HIGHER
 PRESSURES THEN INDICATED ON SHEET S-3.
  
 1G) THERE SEEMS TO BE SOME DISCREPANCIES WITHIN THE
 PLANS VERSES AN ADDITION OR TWO SEPARATE BUILDINGS.

 ARDAMAN, PLEASE SUBMIT 2 ORIGINALS WITH SIGNATURE AND
 RAISED SEAL.
 1802.2.1 QUESTIONABLE SOIL. WHERE THE SAFE-SUSTAINING
 POWER OF THE SOIL IS IN DOUBT, OR WHERE A LOAD-BEARING
 VALUE SUPERIOR TO THAT SPECIFIED IN THIS CODE IS
 CLAIMED, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL REQUIRE THAT THE
 NECESSARY INVESTIGATION BE MADE. SUCH INVESTIGATION
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 1802.4
 THROUGH 1802.6 .
  
  
 3) 109.3.10* IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION. ALL CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITY REGULATED BY THIS CODE SHALL BE PERFORMED IN A
 MANNER SO AS NOT TO ADVERSELY IMPACT THE CONDITION OF
 ADJACENT PROPERTY, UNLESS SUCH ACTIVITY IS PERMITTED TO
 AFFECT SAID PROPERTY PURSUANT TO A CONSENT BY THE
 APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER, UNDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
 AGREEABLE TO THE APPLICABLE PROPERTY OWNER. THIS
 INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE CONTROL OF DUST,
 NOISE, WATER OR DRAINAGE RUN-OFF, DEBRIS, AND THE
 STORAGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. NEW CONSTRUCTION
 ACTIVITY SHALL NOT ADVERSELY IMPACT HISTORIC SURFACE

 PATIOS, DRIVEWAYS, DECKS, OR SIMILAR ITEMS, ON EXISTING
 PROPERTIES RESULTING IN A DECREASE IN EXCESS OF 800SQ
 FT OF PERMEABLE LAND AREA ON ANY PARCEL SHALL AS A
 PERMIT CONDITION, PROVIDE A PROFESSIONALLY PREPARED
 DRAINAGE PLAN CLEARLY INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH THIS
 PARAGRAPH. UPON COMPLETION OF THE IMPROVEMENT, A
 CERTIFICATION FROM A LICENSED ENGINEER SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE INSPECTOR IN ORDER TO RECEIVE APPROVAL
 OF THE FINAL INSPECTION.
  
 4) 109.3.10.1 HURRICANE PROTECTION. IT SHALL BE
 UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION RELATED
 MATERIALS EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS TO REMAIN LOOSE OR
 OTHERWISE UNSECURED AT A CONSTRUCTION SITE FROM 24 HRS.
 AFTER A HURRICANE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED UNTIL THE
 HURRICANE WATCH OR WARNING HAS BEEN LIFTED. ALL SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS SHALL BE
 EITHER REMOVED FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE OR SECURED IN
 SUCH A MANNER AS TO MINIMIZE THE DANGER OF SUCH
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS CAUSING
 DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY FROM HIGH WINDS. ANY
 PERSONS WHO FAILS TO COMPLY TO REMOVE OR SECURE THE
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS EQUIPMENT AND DEBRIS WITHIN 24
 HRS AFTER A HURRICANE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED SHALL BE
 SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT TO EXCEED $500.00. IN ADDITION TO
 THE ABOVE, A LICENSED CONTRACTOR WHO VIOLATES THIS
 SECTION SHALL BE SUBJECT TO DISCIPLINE PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 113 OF THIS CHAPTER.

 EQUIPMENT DOES FALL UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT AND WILL BE
 A PROVISO ISSUE. THERE IS NO INFORMATION ON THE
 COMPONENTS OF PLAY GROUND EQUIPMENT NOR ACCESSIBLE
 WALKING SURFACE, WHEN PLANNING THIS AREA REVIEW THE
 GUIDE TO ADA ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES FOR PLAY AREAS.
