 HOW MANY WINDOWS WILL BE CHANGED OUT. WHAT TYPES OF
 WINDOWS ARE INSTALLED AT THIS LOCATION? REMEMBER AN

 11) SHEET D1 INDICATES THE ALTERATION TO THE EXISTING
 EXTERIOR STAIRS AT THE SOUTH ELEVATION; HOWEVER, NO
 CONSTRUCTION DETAIL IS PROVIDED SHOWING THE SIZE OF THE
 TREADS AND RISERS. THE STAIRS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC 1009 AND 11-4.9. SHEET A3 SOUTH ELEVATION
 HANDRAIL SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH FBC 1012.3, SUCH
 THAT A 4 INCH DIAMETER SPHERE CANNOT PASS THROUGH ANY
 OPENING UP TO A HEIGHT OF 34 INCHES. SHOW THE DIMENSION
 BETWEEN THE LANDING AND THE BOTTOM OF THE RAIL.
