 2) 106.1.1* W.P.B. ADMINISTRATIVE CODE/2004 DRAWINGS &
 SPECIFICATIONS SHALL CONTAIN INFORMATION, IN THE FORM
 OF NOTES OR OTHERWISE, AS TO THE QUALITY OF MATERIALS,
 WHERE QUALITY IS ESSENTIAL TO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 TECHNICAL CODES. SUCH INFORMATION SHALL BE SPECIFIC TO
 THE TECHNICAL CODES "SHALL NOT BE CITED AS A WHOLE OR
 IN PART, NOR THE TERM "LEGAL" OR ITS EQUIVALENT BE USED
 AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR SPECIFIC INFORMATION". CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISIONS
 OF THIS CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES AND
 REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 3) SHEET C1. THE OCCUPANCY USE OF THE BUILDING
 INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS IS BUSINESS, HOWEVER,
 ACCORDING TO THE USED INDICATED ON THE DRAWINGS THE
 OCCUPANCY OF THE BUILDING WILL FALL UNDER THE CATEGORY
 OF A-3. SEE FBC 303.
  
 4) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 5) 2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE.
  
 6) SHEET A1 SHOWS TWO NEW WINDOW OPENINGS AT THE NORTH
 ELEVATION, HOWEVER SHEET A2 SHOWS THREE WINDOWS. WILL
 THERE BE THREE OR TWO WINDOWS. THE SOUTH ELEVATION ON
 SHEET D1- A1 AND A2 HAVE CONFLICTING INFORMATION AS TO
 HOW MANY WINDOWS WILL BE CHANGED OUT. WHAT TYPES OF
 WINDOWS ARE INSTALLED AT THIS LOCATION? REMEMBER AN
 EXISTING BUILDING OR PORTION THEREOF SHALL NOT BE
 ALTERED SUCH THAT THE BUILDING BECOMES LESS SAFE OR
 ENERGY EFFICIENT THAN ITS EXISTING CONDITION. FBC

 7) 106.3.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS- 2004THOSE PRODUCTS THAT
 ARE REGULATED BY DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL FOR THE NEW GLASS BLOCK.
  
 8) IS THE BUILDING TRULY A 4 STORY BUILDING AS STATED
 SHEET C1? INDICATE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE BUILDING ON
 THE PLANS PER FBC 1004 AND TABLE 1004.1.2.
  
 9) SHEET A1, THE WALL LEGEND INDICATES THAT A PORTION
 OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE WILL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH 4?
 WOOD STUDS; IF THAT IS THE CASE INDICATE THE EXTERIOR
 WALL COVERINGS WITH A COMPLETE ELEVATION WALL DETAIL
 SHOWING ALL MATERIALS. THE WALL LEGEND HAS NO SYMBOL
 FOR THE NEW CONSTRUCTED WALLS. IF SOME WALLS ARE
 DIFFERENT IN SIZE LIKE THE ONE SEPARATING THE BATHROOMS
 AT THE DRESSING ROOMS; INDICATE THE SIZE OF THE WALL
 AND THE MATERIALS TO BE USED ON THE WALL DETAIL SHEET
 A3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED 106.1.2
  
 10) THE ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS NEEDS TO BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH SECTION FBC 11-4.16 ? 11-4.17 ? 11-4.18 AND
 11-4.19. THE GRAB RAILS FOR THE BATHROOM SHOWN ON THE
 FLOOR PLAN DO NOT MATCH THE ONE ON THE DETAIL SHEET.
 SEE NOTES ON PLANS AND MAKE THE REQUIRED CHANGES.
  
 11) SHEET D1 INDICATES THE ALTERATION TO THE EXISTING
 EXTERIOR STAIRS AT THE SOUTH ELEVATION; HOWEVER, NO
 CONSTRUCTION DETAIL IS PROVIDED SHOWING THE SIZE OF THE
 TREADS AND RISERS. THE STAIRS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC 1009 AND 11-4.9.
  
 12) THE DRAWINGS NEED TO SHOW THE HEAD AND SILL DETAIL
 FOR THE NEW OPENINGS. PROVIDE THE FRONT ELEVATION
 DETAIL FOR THE NEW OPENINGS.
