 1.PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(C)(1) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS):MULTIFRONTAGE
 LOTS. UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY THIS CHAPTER, THE
 REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK SHALL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL LOTS
 HAVING FRONTAGE ON MORE THAN ONE STREET.
  
 NOTE:PER SECTION 94-74(A)(3) OF THE ZLDRS:
 SINGLE-FAMILY HIGH DENSITY (SF14) RESIDENTIAL
 DISTRICTS. MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS FOR PRINCIPAL
 BUILDING ARE AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET; TEN FEET IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60
 FEET WIDE;
 C. REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF DEPTH, WHICHEVER IS
 LESS;
 D. SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 3.FENCE EXCEEDS MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWABLE.PURSUANT
 TO ZLDRS, SECTION 94-302(B)(1):MAXIMUM HEIGHT. IN
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR WALL SHALL EXCEED
 SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED SIDE AND REAR
 SETBACKS. FENCES OR WALLS SHALL NOT BE IN EXCESS OF 48
 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED FRONT SETBACK.
 HEDGES SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN FEET IN HEIGHT IN ANY
 REQUIRED SETBACK.NO FENCE, WALL, OR GATE THAT EXCEEDS
 4 FEET IN HEIGHT SHALL BE PERMITTED WITHIN THE REQUIRED
 FRONT SETBACK OF 25 FEET.
  
 4.DESCRIPTION OF SCOPE OF WORK INDICATES A NEW DRIVEWAY
 ADJACENT TO FLAMINGO DRIVE BUT THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THAT
 THE DRIVEWAY IS EXISTING.PLEASE CLARIFY ON THE
 APPLICATION (THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION).
  
 5.INDICATE ON THE SURVEY AND SITE PLAN THE DIMENSIONS
 OF THENEW DRIVEWAY, IF APPLICABLE, AND THE AREA OF
 NEW PAVING ALONG AUSTIN LN.THE SITE PLAN SHOWS AN
 EXISTING CARPORT, HOWEVER, IT IS NOT ON THE SURVEY.
 PLEASE CLARIFY AND MAKE BOTH THE SITE PLAN AND SURVEY
 CONSISTENT.
  
 6.REPEAT COMMENT:PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE
 ZLDRS: REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN
 FOUR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
 ADD DIMENSIONS FOR BOTH FRONTAGES.
  
  
 NOTE:THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE PROPOSED GENERATOR WILL
 BE LOCATED 6'-6" FROM PROPERTY LINE FACING AUSTIN LN.
 THE 25 FOOT SETBACK REQUIREMENT ALSO APPLIES TO THE
 GENERATOR EQUIPMENT.AS PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF
 THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE
 THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK, THEREFORE, THE
 GENERATOR SHALL BE LOCATED AT LEAST 21 FEET FROM THE
 FRONT PROPERTY LINE (IN THIS CASE FROM BOTH FLAMINGO
 DR. AND AUSTIN LN.).
  
 NOTE:THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
 GENERATE ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
