 1)AN APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM FROM THE CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES (1ST
 FLOOR, CITY HALL) IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PROPOSED
 FENCES/WALLS.
  
 2)CLARIFY SCOPE OF WORK.PLANS INDICATE A NEW
 GENERATOR...IS THIS GENERATOR INCLUDED UNDER THE SCOPE
 OF WORK FOR THIS PERMIT APPLICATION?IF NOT, REMOVE
 FROM PLANS OR LABEL, "TO BE PERMITTED SEPARATELY."IF
 YES, THE GENERATOR DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM REAR
 SETBACK REQUIREMENT.AS PER SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF
 THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE
 THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 NOTE:SIDE PROPERTY LINE DIMENSIONS DO NOT MATCH
 BETWEEN SURVEY AND SITE PLAN.CLARIFY.
  
 3)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482 OF THE ZLDRS: REQUIRED
 OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES FOR LESS THAN FOUR
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE
 PROPERTY ON WHICH THE UNITS ARE CONSTRUCTED. REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT YARD; HOWEVER, THE
 LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET OR 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT
 YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED. PARKING AREAS LOCATED IN
 THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH,
 NONDUSTING SURFACE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SUBSECTION
 33-485(E). IT SHALL BE A VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER TO
 PARK ON ANY UNPAVED AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN THIS ARTICLE.
  
  
 PLEASE INDICATE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL IMPERMEABLE
 SURFACES (EXISTING AND PROPOSED) LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FRONT YARD (FROM FRONT PROPERTY LINE TO THE FRONT
 BUILDING FACADE).
  
 PLEASE CLARIFY IF PAVERS ARE TO BE UNSEALED/SET IN SAND
 OR SEALED.
  
  
 NOTE:IF A PATIO OR PAVED AREA IS PROVIDED ADJACENT
 TO OR SURROUNDING A POOL, IT SHALL BE DESIGNED TO DRAIN
 AWAY FROM THE POOL, BUT NOT ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 NOTE:THE SUBMITTAL OF THE REQUESTED INFORMATION MAY
