 1) AS THE PERMIT VALUE EXCEEDS $5,000, THE ENTIRE
 PROPERTY IS REQUIRED TO BE BROUGHT INTO COMLIANCE WITH
 THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE CODE (ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS).A LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 LANDSCAPE CODE, AND SHALL BE SIGNED/SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
  
 2) TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT/ACCURATE SURVEY SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 3) A COMPLETED AND APPROVED EASEMENT CONSENT FORM SHALL
 BE PROVIDED FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW FENCING.
 THIS FORM SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY'S PUBLIC
 UTILITIES DEPARTMENT (SUBMIT TO 1ST FLOOR OF CITY
 HALL).
  
 4) PLEASE LABEL ITEMS ON THE SITE PLAN AS EXISTING OR
 NEW...SOME ITEMS ARE UNCLEAR.
  
 5) IF CHAIN LINK IS TO BE USED IN THE REAR OF THE
 PROPERTY, IT SHALL BE BLACK PVC COATED AND SHALL BE
 COMBINED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF A HEDGE.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE THE ELEVATION OF THE NEW CONCRETE
 LANDING AT THE REAR OF THE STRUCTURE.
  
 7) "TYPE D" CURBING SHALL BE PROVIDED AROUND ALL NEW
 VEHICULAR AREAS TO PREVENT ENCROACHMENT INTO THE
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 8) A STRIPING DETAIL SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE NEW
 PARKING (SEE ATTACHED).
