 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 3)PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW)
 AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 4)2004 FBC EXISTING 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN
 OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF
 THIS CODE.
  
 5)PROVIDE DETAILED ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS TO CLEARLY
 SHOW THE WORK. WILL BE SOFFIT BE INSTALLED THROUGHOUT
 THE SPACE?SUBMIT THE FRAMING DETAILS FOR THE NEW
 WALLS AND SOFFITS SHOWING THE STRUCTURAL ATTACHMENTS
 AND ALL MATERIALS.
  
 6)THE DRAWINGS SHALL BE SIGN AND DATED BY THE PERSON
 TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. IF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS
 AND ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER LEGALLY REGISTERED UNDER THE
 LAWS OF THIS STATE, HE OR SHE SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER
 OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE TO SAID DRAWING
 SPECIFICATION AND ACCOMPANYING DATA AS REQUIRED BY
 FLORIDA STATUTES 471 AND 481. FBC 106.1.
  
 7)106.1.3 BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A MINIMUM
 1/8 INCH SCALE UPON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER, TO PROVIDE
 CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION PROGRAM.
  
 8)INDICATE THE OCCUPANCY OF THE BUILDING PER CHAPTER
 3 AND THE TYPE OF BUILDING PER CHAPTER 6 AND TABLE
 601.
  
 9)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 ELECTRIC, INTERIOR FINISH, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN
 FEES, MARKETING COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT EXCLUDING
 LAND.
  
 10) 1207.3FLOOR/CEILING ASSEMBLIES BETWEEN DWELLING
 UNITS OR BETWEEN A DWELLING UNIT AND A PUBLIC OR
 SERVICE AREA WITHIN THE STRUCTURE SHALL HAVE AN IMPACT
 INSULATION CLASS (IIC) RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 50 (45
 IF FIELD TESTED) WHEN TESTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM E
 492. PROVIDE INFORMATION MEETING THIS REQUIREMENT OR
