 1) INFORMATIONAL: WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE
 INDICATE THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 2) FL S S 713.13 NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT, TO BE FILED
 WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT. NOTE: 713.13(2) IF THE
 WORK DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IS NOT
 ACTUALLY COMMENCED WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER THE RECORDING
 THEREOF, SUCH NOTICE IS NULL & VOID. NOTE: 713.13(6)
 THE POSTING OF THE NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT AT THE
 CONSTRUCTION SITE BEFORE THE FIRST INSPECTION.
  
 3) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 4) 106.3.3* PRODUCT APPROVALS- 2004 THOSE PRODUCTS THAT
 ARE REGULATED BY DCA
 RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY
 THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL. PROVIDE THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR THE NEW EXTERIOR DOOR.
  
 5) FOR CLARITY PROVIDE AN EXISTING FLOOR PLAN SHOWING
 ALL WALLS, DOORS, WINDOWS AND ANY OTHER SYSTEMS LOCATED
 IN THE AREA WHICH WILL BE DEMOED: THEN, THE PROPOSED
 PLAN NEEDS TO CLEARLY SHOW ALL NEW SYSTEMS AND DOORS
 WHICH WILL BE INSTALLED AND THE HOW THE ROOM WILL BE
 LAID OUT WHEN FINISHED. SHEET 3.1 HAS SOME OF THIS
 INFORMATION HOWEVER, I AM NOT SURE IF THE NEW DOORS
 MENTIONED (NEW LED FILLED SLIDING AND SWING DOOR / NEW
 3'-0 X 7'-0 METAL DOOR ARE INSTALLED AT PRESENT AND
 WILL BE REPLACED WITH THE DOOR BUT THE FRAME IS
 EXISTING. IF THESE ARE COMPLETE NEW DOORS THEY SHALL
 MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FBC 1714.5. UNLESS OTHER WISE
 TESTED, BUCKS SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE INTERIOR FACE OF
 THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT FULL SUPPORT OF THE
 FRAME IN PROVIDED.106.1.2* ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED TO CLEARLY SHOW THE INTENT OF THE REMODEL.
 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY
 TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK
 PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THE CODE. 106.1.1. WHAT IS THE SIZE OF
 THE CONCRETE PADS FOR THE NEW CONDENSING UNITS? SHOW
 THE DETAIL INFORMATION FOR THE SLABS ON THE DRAWINGS.
