 WHAT THE BASE DESIGN IS FOR WIND IN SHEETS A-1- A-4.
 PLANS ARE MISSING THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA. 1603.1.4
 WIND DESIGN DATA. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO
 WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND
 LOADS GOVERN THE DESIGN OF THE LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING
 SYSTEM OF THE BUILDING:
 1. BASIC WIND SPEED (3-SECOND GUST), MILES PER HOUR
 (KM/HR).
 2. WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, I W , AND BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION FROM TABLE 1604.5 OR TABLE 6-1, ASCE 7
 AND BUILDING CLASSIFICATION IN TABLE 1-1, ASCE 7. 3.
 WIND EXPOSURE, IF MORE THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS
 UTILIZED, THE WIND EXPOSURE AND APPLICABLE WIND
 DIRECTION SHALL BE INDICATED.
 4. THE APPLICABLE ENCLOSURE CLASSIFICATIONS AND, IF
 DESIGNING WITH ASCE 7, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
 5. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. THE DESIGN WIND PRESSURES
 IN TERMS OF PSF (KN/M 2 ) TO BE USED FOR THE SELECTION
 OF EXTERIOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT
 SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.
  
 3) 2ND REQUEST, THIS BUILDING IS CLASSIFIED AS A
 THRESHOLD BUILDING BECAUSE THE OCCUPANT LOAD IS GREATER
 THAN 500 OCUPANTS.
 THRESHOLD BUILDING" MEANING ANY BUILDING WHICH IS
 GREATER THAN (3) STORIES OR 50 FT IN HEIGHT, OR WHICH
 HAS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DENIED IN
 THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQ FT IN AREA
 AND AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500 PERSONS.
  
 3A) 105.13.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON
 A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 ENFORCING AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING.
 THE PURPOSE OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO
 PROVIDE SPECIFIC INSPECTION PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES SO
 THAT THE BUILDING CAN BE ADEQUATELY INSPECTED FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE PERMITTED DOCUMENTS.

 PROJECT, OR TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PROJECT. THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD WILL NEED TO REVIEW ALL SHOP
 DRAWINGS AND APPLY THEIR SHOP DRAWING STAMP ONCE PLANS
 ARE REVIEWED AND APPROVED. FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE
 ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING
 ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS, SHOP DRAWINGS ETC...
  
 FL 61G-15-30.006 (3) THE DELEGATED ENGINEER SHALL
 FORWARD THE DELEGATED ENGINEERING DOCUMENTS TO THE
 ENGINEER OF RECORD FOR REVIEW.
  
 6) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT
