 BE REQUIRED.

 BEACH COUNTY, PLANS STAMPED BY THEM AND
 COPY OF RECEIPT SUBMITTED TO CITY OF
 WEST PALM BEACH BUILDING DEPARTMENT,

 DRAWINGS AND TRUSS LAYOUT DRAWINGS, THAT HAVE BEEN
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD FOR THE PROJECT. R802.1.6
  
 5) SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS ON THE PLANS AS
 REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9B-3.0472.
  
 6) ON SHEET A1 UNDER THE GARAGE NOTES PLEASE REVISE TO
 SPECIFY THE APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE FBC RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. SEE R309.1, R 309.1.1 AND R309.2.
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE TWO SETS OF PLANS AND DOCUMENTS AS
 REQUIRED BY FBC 106.1* CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 8) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A SITE PLAN SPECIFYING THE
 SEPARATION DISTANCES BETWEEN BUILDINGS AS WELL AS
 DISTANCES TO PROPERTY LINES. FBC R 302.1.
  
 9) FOR THE WATER HEATER ENCLOSURE UNDER THE STAIRS,
 SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R311.2.2 UNDER STAIR PROTECTION.
 ENCLOSED ACCESSIBLE SPACE UNDER STAIRS SHALL HAVE
 WALLS, UNDER STAIR SURFACE AND ANY SOFFITS PROTECTED ON
 THE ENCLOSED SIDE WITH 1/2-INCH (12.7 MM) GYPSUM
 BOARD.
  
 10) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH R602.1.2 FOR FIREBLOCKING OF
 THE CONCEALED SPACE BETWEEN STAIR STRINGERS AT THE TOP
 AND BOTTOM OF THE RUN.
  
 11) WINDOWS A-D IN THE BATHROOMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE
 SAFETY GLAZING IF THEY ARE LESS THAN 60" ABOVE THE
 FLOOR OR WALKING SURFACE. SEE FBC R308.4. (UNIT A)
  
 12) ON SHEET S2, MARK F IN THE ROOF ANCHOR SCHEDULE
 LISTS THE MAXIMUM DESIGN UPLIFT AS 2000 LBS. AND THE
 ALLOWABLE UPLIFT LOAD FOR THE ANCHOR IS 1215 LBS.
 PLEASE CORRECT. FBC R802.1.6.5
  
 13) FBC R803.2.3.1 REQUIRES ROOF SHEATHING TO BE
 FASTENED WITH 8D RING SHANK NAILS AND 10D COMMON NAILS
 ARE SPECIFIED. PLEASE REVISE.
  
 14) ON SHEET S4 A HEAD WALL FIRESTOPPING DETAIL FROM 3M
 HW-D-0075 MODIFIED BY JUDGEMENT # 518786 IS SPECIFIED.
 PLEASE SUBMIT TWO SIGNED AND SEALED COPIES OF THE
 JUDGEMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER'S ENGINEER.
  
 15) PROVIDE CALCULATIONS FOR ROOF VENTILATION SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH R806.2 MINIMUM AREA.
 THE TOTAL NET FREE VENTILATING AREA SHALL NOT BE LESS
 THAN 1 TO 150 OF THE AREA OF THE SPACE VENTILATED
 EXCEPT THAT THE TOTAL AREA IS PERMITTED TO BE REDUCED
 TO 1 TO 300, PROVIDED AT LEAST 50 PERCENT AND NOT MORE
 THAN 80 PERCENT OF THE REQUIRED VENTILATING AREA IS
 PROVIDED BY VENTILATORS LOCATED IN THE UPPER PORTION OF
 THE SPACE TO BE VENTILATED AT LEAST 3 FEET (914 MM)
 ABOVE EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS WITH THE BALANCE OF THE
 REQUIRED VENTILATION PROVIDED BY EAVE OR CORNICE VENTS.
 AS AN ALTERNATIVE, THE NET FREE CROSS-VENTILATION AREA
 MAY BE REDUCED TO 1 TO 300 WHEN A VAPOR BARRIER HAVING
 A TRANSMISSION RATE NOT EXCEEDING 1 PERM IS INSTALLED
 ON THE WARM SIDE OF THE CEILING.
  
 16) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORMS
 SIGNED BY THE OWNER/AGENT. USE WORST CASE CALCULATIONS
 OR THEY WILL NEED TO BE DIFFERENT DEPENDING ON THE
 ORIENTATION OF THE BUILDING. ALSO MAKE CORRECTIONS
 NOTED IN COMMENTS FROM OTHER TRADES. FBC CHAPTER 13.
  
 17) PLEASE COMPLY WITH FBC 106.3* CITY AMENDMENTS
 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCT WHICH ARE REGULATED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN
 WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL
 FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 18) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED
 BY DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: WINDOW
 MULLIONS, CONCRETE LINTELS, SIMPSON AND USP
 CONNECTORS.
  
 19) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A KEY PLAN AND INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE FOR THE STORM PANELS. SPECIFY THE CONNECTION
 TYPE, EDGE DISTANCE, SPAN, ANCHOR TYPE AND ANCHOR
 SPACING. FBC R 301.2.1.2. SEE ATTACHED.
  
 20) THE NOA THAT WAS SUBMITTED FOR THE LAWSON FIXED
 WINDOW EXPIRED ON MAY 08, 2008. SUBMIT CURRENT NOA NO.
 08-0409.03.
  
 21) THE 1/8" ANNEALED GLASS LISTED IN THE LAWSON HS
 WINDOW NOA DOES NOT HAVE ADEQUATE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR
 THE 6' X 4' XO OR OX HS WINDOWS. HOWEVER, THE OTHERS DO
 HAVE ADEQUATE DESIGN PRESSURES. PLEASE SPECIFY THE
 GLAZING OPTION THAT WILL BE USED IN THE NOA. R301.2.1
  
 22) THE NOA FOR THE AMARR GARAGE DOOR EXPIRES ON
 SEPTEMBER 4, 2008. ANY PERMITS APPLIED FOR AFTER THAT
 DATE WILL REQUIRE A CURRENT NOA. DCA RULE 9B-72
  
 23) THE VALUE OF THE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO
 BE $156,438.00 USING ICC BUILDING VALUATION DATA.
