 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS): MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 3)INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF PROPOSED DECK FROM GRADE.
  
 4)INDICATE THE HEIGHT OF PROPOSED RAILING FROM
 GRADE.PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-302 OF THE ZLDRS:
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT.IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, NO FENCE OR
 WALL SHALL EXCEED SIX FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN REQUIRED
 SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS.HOWEVER, A FENCE/RAILING THAT
 EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT SHALL BE PERMITTED, AS LONG
 AS IT IS OUTSIDE OF THE REQUIRED SETBACKS.
  
 5)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPOSED DECK
 TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305 OF THE ZLDRS:STEPS AND PORCHES.STEPS, OPEN
 UNCOVERED PORCHES OR STOOPS, AND OPEN TERRACES WHICH
 ARE THREE FEET OR LESS ABOVE GRADE MAY ENCROACH INTO
 ANY REQUIRED SETBACK AREA TO A POINT NOT CLOSER THAN
 TWO FEET TO THE PROPERTY LINE. ANY GRADE DIFFERENTIAL
 BETWEEN THE ENCROACHING STEP, PORCH, STOOP, OR TERRACE
 AND ADJACENT PROPERTY SHALL BE STRUCTURALLY RETAINED
 AND POSITIVELY DRAINED IN A MANNER THAT WILL PREVENT
 ANY DRAINAGE DISCHARGE TO ANY PROPERTY CONTIGUOUS TO
 THE SIDE OR REAR PROPERTY LINES.STEPS AND PORCHES ARE
 PERMITTED TO EXCEED THREE FEET AS LONG AS THEY ARE
 OUTSIDE OF THE REQUIRED SETBACKS.

 B.CORNER SIDE (IF APPLICABLE): 12.5 FEET; TEN FEET
 IF LOT IS LESS THAN 60 FEET WIDE;
 C.REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH,
 WHICHEVER IS LESS;
 D.SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 NOTE:ANY NEWLY SUBMITTED PLANS SHALL BE
 RESTAMPED/APPROVED BY THE CITY'S HISTORIC PRESERVATION
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 NOTE:AS NO RENTAL LICENSE EXISTS FOR THIS PROPERTY
 UNDER THE CURRENT OWNER'S NAME, A RENTAL LICENSE SHALL
 BE APPLIED FOR BY THE CURRENT OWNER OR THE EXISTING
 LICENSE AMENDED FOR CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP.
