 1. THE SURVEY SUBMITTED IS FROM 2004 AND DOES NOT
 REFLECT THE LATEST APPROVED PLANS FOR THE SUBJECT
 PROPERTY.SUBMIT TWO (2) COPIES OF A SURVEY LESS THAN
 A YEAR OLD, AND AN UPDATED SITE PLAN SHOWING THE
 RELATIONSHIP OF THE PROPOSED AWNINGS WITH THE EXISTING
 BUILDING AND THE SURROUNDING PROPERTY LINES.SITE PLAN
 SHALL ALSO SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE COLUMNS IN RELATION
 TO THE PARKING SPACES.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT - INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM
 PROPOSED AWNINGS TO ALL SURROUNDING PROPERTY LINES.
  
 A. THE SUBMITTED SURVEY DOES NOT CLEARLY SHOW THE
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPERTY LINES TO THE
 COLUMNS OF THE AWNINGS.SOME NOTES INDICATE 5 FEET TO
 THE POLES, WHILE OTHERS INDICATE 3 FEET TO THE POLES.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
 B. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE COLUMNS SHALL BE SET BACK A
 MINIMUM OF 5 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINES PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-145 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS ("ZLDRS").
  
 3. ACCORDING TO THE LATEST APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLANS,
 TREES ARE TO BE PLANTED ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE
 AND ON THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND ON THE NORTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE BUILDING.THE PROPOSED AWNING SHALL NOT
 PRESENT ANY CONFLICT WITH THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. PLEASE CLARIFY THE USE OF THE PARKING SPACES ALONG
 THE WEST PROPERTY LINE AND THE NORTH BUILDING FACADE.
 PREVIOUS PLANS APPROVED FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY DO NOT
 SHOW 90 DEGREE PARKING SPACES ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY
 LINE.IF THESE PARKING SPACES WILL BE USED AS CUSTOMER
 OR EMPLOYEE PARKING, THE PARKING SPACES SHALL COMPLY
 WITH THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
 PLEASE REVISE.
  
 5. IT APPEARS THAT THE COLUMNS OF THE AWNINGS ARE
 ENCROACHING INTO THE DRIVE AISLE.NO STRUCTURES SHALL
 ENCROACH INTO ANY DRIVE AISLE.PLEASE REVISE.
  
 6. PLEASE SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY LINE ON THE
 ELEVATION.PLEASE NOTE THAT THE AWNING MAY NOT PROJECT
 MORE THAN 3 FEET INTO ANY SETBACK PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(2).
