 REVIEW BOARD (A.R.B.) APPROVAL. SEE ATTACHED COPY.
  
 4. ENSURE THAT THE ROOF COMPLIES WITH THE FOLLOWING
 PROVISION LISTED IN SPENCER LAKES DECLARATIONS OF
 COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS, SECTION III.K. (PAGE 26):
 ALL ROOFS SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM PITCH OF 4 1/2 AND BE
 COVERED WITH TILE OR SHAKE SHINGLE ROOFING, EXCEPT AS
 OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE A.R.B. FLAT ROOFS FOR THE
 REAR COVERED PORCHES SHALL BE PERMITTED.
