 1.PLEASE PROVIDE ALL RESPONSES IN WRITING.
  
 2.PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT SURVEY, WHICH
 INCLUDES THE PROPERTY'S ADDRESS AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
  
 3.AS THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE ALREADY EXCEEDS THE
 MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE SQUARE FOOTAGE, NO ADDITIONS SHALL BE
 PERMITTED.PER SECTION 94-304 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE TOTAL FLOOR AREA OF
 ALL ROOFED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A PROPERTY SHALL NOT
 EXCEED 75 PERCENT OF THE GROSS FLOOR AREA OF 1,000
 SQUARE FEET.
  
 4.INDICATE THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM ANY EXTERIOR
 IMPROVEMENTS TO ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.NOTE: PER
 SECTION 94-304 OF THE ZLDR:
  
 -- ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SETBACKS FOR SINGLE
 FAMILY/SMALL LOT (SF11) RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT IS AS
 FOLLOWS:
 --FRONT: 25 FEET
 --SIDE: FIVE FEET FROM LOT LINES.
 --CORNER: SAME AS REQUIRED FOR PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
 --REAR: FIVE FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE ALLEY TO A GARAGE FACING THE ALLEY,
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 5.PROVIDE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS ON THE ELEVATIONS (SHEET
 A-3.0) FROM GRADE TO THE MIDPOINT OF THE ROOF'S PITCH.
  
 6.PROVIDE HEIGHT DIMENSIONS FROM A\C EQUIPMENT (IF
 ANY) TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.AS PER SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT NAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN FOUR (4) INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 7.PER SECTION 94-513(C)(3) OF THE ZLDRS, IF A MINOR
 USE NON-CONFORMITY (MINOR USE NON-CONFORMITY MEANS A
 RESIDENTIAL USE IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AT A HIGHER
 DENSITY THAN IS PERMITTED) IS ABANDONED FOR A PERIOD OF
 MORE THAN 180 CONSECUTIVE DAYS, SUCH USE SHALL
 THEREAFTER CONFORM TO THE STANDARDS OF THE ZONING
 DISTRICT IN WHICH IT LIES (IN THIS CASE SF11).
  
 AS THE STRUCTURE HAS NO EXISTING ROOF AND HAS NOT BEEN
 HABITABLE FOR SOME TIME, PROVIDE PROOF THAT THE
 BUILDING HAS BEEN OCCUPIED WITHIN THE PAST 180 DAYS,
 OTHERWISE THE STRUCTURE SHALL LOSE IT'S NON-CONFORMING
 USE STATUS AS TWO (2) UNIT APARTMENT.
  
 NOTE:AS THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS NONCONFORMING WITH
 REGARD TO THE MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS; PER SECTION
 94-513 OF THE ZLDR, NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURES OR
 BUILDINGS SHALL NOT IMPROVED, CONSTRUCTED, ENLARGED, OR
 ALTERED IN ANY MANNER TO CREATE A NEW NONCONFORMITY OR
 TO INCREASE AN EXISTING NONCONFORMITY.NO REPLACED
 WALL OR ROOF OVERHANG SHALL BE REBUILT ANY CLOSER TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE THAN WAS ORIGINALLY CONSTRUCTED.
