 REAR: FIVE FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE ALLEY TO A GARAGE DOOR FACING THE ALLEY,
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 4)PROVIDE A HEIGHT DIMENSION ON THE ELEVATIONS
 (SHEET A-3.0) FROM GRADE TO THE MIDPOINT OF THE ROOF'S
 PITCH.
  
 5)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT (IF ANY) TO ALL PROPERTY LINES.AS PER
 SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDRS: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED
 SETBACK.
  
 6)PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-513(C)(3) OF THE ZLDRS:IF
 A MINOR USE NONCONFORMITY (MINOR USE NONCONFORMITY
 MEANS A RESIDENTIAL USE IN A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AT A
 HIGHER DENSITY THAN IS PERMITTED) IS ABANDONED FOR A
 PERIOD OF MORE THAN 180 CONSECUTIVE DAYS, SUCH USE

 OTHERWISE THE STRUCTURE SHALL LOOSE IT'S NONCONFORMING
 USE AS A TWO (2) UNIT APARTMENT.
  
  
 NOTE:AS THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS NONCONFORMING WITH
 REGARD TO MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS; PURSUANT TO
 SECTION 94-513 OF THE ZLDRS: NONCONFORMING STRUCTURES
 OR BUILDINGS SHALL NOT BE IMPROVED, CONSTRUCTED,
 ENLARGED, OR ALTERED IN ANY MANNER TO CREATE A NEW
 NONCONFORMITY OR TO INCREASE AN EXISTING NONCONFORMITY,
 BUT MAY BE IMPROVED, CONSTRUCTED, ENLARGED, OR ALTERED
 AS LONG AS NO NEW NONCONFORMITY IS CREATED OR AN
 EXISTING NONCONFORMITY INCREASED.NO REPLACED WALL OR
 ROOF OVERHANG SHALL BE REBUILT ANY CLOSER TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE THAN WAS ORIGINALLY CONSTRUCTED.
