 2006 REVISIONS TO 2004 FBC RESIDENTIAL CODE REQUIRES 8D
 RING-SHANK NAILS.
  
 3) THE TYPICAL WALL SECTION ON D-1 SHOWS AN 18" X 16"
 FOOTING AND THE SCHEDULE ON A-1.0 SPECIFIES A 16" X 16"
 FOOTING. PLEASE CLARIFY. FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 4)THE NAILING SCHEDULE FOR PNEUMATIC FASTENERS ON
 SPECIFIES A SPACING OF 16" OC FOR DOOR AND GARAGE DOOR

 LOT LINE. THE PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS FOR A

 7) THE LARGE GLASS BLOCK OPENING ON THE PLANS EXCEEDS
 THE MAXIMUM OPENING SIZE OF 6' X 6' ALLOWED BY THE

 REQUIRED TO USE GLASS TYPES B OR D FROM THE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS IN ORDER TO MEET THE REQUIRED OPENING

 10) SPECIFY THE METHOD OF ATTACHMENT THAT WILL BE USED
 TO SECURE THE ROOF TILES. THE HACIENDA TILE SELECTED IN
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL HAS A REQUIRED AERODYNAMIC UPLIFT
 MOMENT OF 37 PER TABLE 6 OF THE EVALUATION REPORT. IF
 ADHESIVE IS USED, SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS. FBC R 905.3
 AND FBC 106.1.1* CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 11) A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE
 DRIVEWAY/APPROACH.
