 SHOWS 90 PARKING SPACES IN A LAYOUT THAT DOES NOT MEET
 TODAY?S CODE.A NUMBER OF THESE SPACES WERE NOT
 MAINTAINED.THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN SHOWS A TOTAL OF 83
 PARKING SPACES.THE SITE SHALL EITHER BE RETURNED TO
 ITS ORIGINAL CONFIGURATION (90 SPACES) OR THE PARKING
 LOT MAY BE RECONFIGURED MEETING ALL CURRENT CODE
 REQUIREMENTS.THIS INCLUDES INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 MEETING SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(B), ON EVERY PARKING ROW
 WITH MORE THAN 10 PARKING SPACES.PLEASE NOTE THIS
 INCLUDES SOUTH PARKING AREA AS WELL.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-485(O)(1), 4 HANDICAP PARKING
 SPACES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS SITE.AN ADDITIONAL
 HANDICAP PARKING SPACE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(5)(A), LANDSCAPE AREAS
 SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM VEHICULAR USE AREAS BY
 NONMOUNTABLE, CONCRETE CURBING OF THE TYPE
 CHARACTERIZED AS ?TYPE D,? OR CURBING OF COMPARABLE
 DURABILITY.PROVIDE AND IDENTIFY THE TYPE OF CURBING
 AROUND ALL TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AND BUFFERS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT CURBING IS NOT REQUIRED WHERE WHEEL
 STOPS ARE LOCATED.ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 CURB MAY NOT BE PART OF THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND OR BUFFER.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 94-443(C)(3)A AND B, EACH
 TERMINAL AND INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN
 ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE.
  
 5. PROVIDE ACTUAL WIDTH DIMENSION OF THE TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE END OF THE PARKING ROW ALONG
 THE LOADING ZONE.SITE PLAN SHOWS A 10 FEET WIDTH
 DIMENSION TO A POINT OUTSIDE OF THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND.
  
 6. THE PROPOSED LOCATION FOR THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE HAS
 A BACK-OUT SPACE OF OVER 50 FEET, WHICH IS NOT
 PERMITTED PER THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
 PLEASE CONTACT THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE LOCATION OPTIONS.PLANNING STAFF IS
 WILLING TO MEET TO DISCUSS OPTIONS.
  
 7. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B), DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES
 SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT
 TWO-FOOT INTERVALS.
  
 8. PARKING SPACES MAY NOT BE LOCATED IN FRONT OF BAY
 DOORS.PLEASE REVIEW.
  
 9. PLEASE SEE PERMIT NO. 07120123 PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS
 REGARDING THE LOW FREE STANDING SIGN ON THE NORTHERN
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND OF THE SOUTH PARKING LOT.
  
 10. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUTDOOR STORAGE FACILITIES ARE NOT
 PERMITTED WITHIN THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) ZONING
