2008-04-29 15:45:161.THE HEDGE ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE SITE
 SHALL BE LOCATED ALONG THE INTERIOR PERIMETER OF THE
 LANDCAPE BUFFER.
  
 2.ALL AREAS THROUGHOUT THE SITE THAT ARE NOT PAVED
 OR LANDSCAPED SHALL BE SODDED.
  
 3.AN INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND AND SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE ADDED WITHIN THE PARKING ROW
 ADJACENT TO THE WEST PERIMETER OF THE SITE
 .
 4.THE ENTIRE PARKING LOT SHALL BE SHIFTED TO THE
 WEST TO ALLOW FOR A 5' LANDSCAPE PLANTING ALONG THE
 REAR FOUNDATION OF THE BUILDING OR A 5' LANDSCAPE STRIP
 BETWEEN THE PARKING ROWS IN THE CENTER OF THE REAR LOT.
 IF A LANDSCAPE STRIP IS PROVIDED ALONG THE FOUNDATION
 OF THE BUILDING, PALMS OR OTHER VERTICAL LANDSCAPE
 ELEMENTS SHALL BE INSTALLED.IF THE LANDSCAPE STRIP IS
 PROVIDED BETWEEN THE PARKING ROWS, TREES SHALL BE
 PLANTED.IN ADDITION, THE AISLES IN THE REAR LOT SHALL
 BE CHANGED FROM 25 FEET TO 24 FEET WITH THE ADDTIONAL
 AREA BEING CONVERTED INTO LANDSCAPING.
  
 5.ALL LANDCAPE AREAS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM
 VEHICULAR USE AREAS WITH NON-MOUNTABLE REINFORCED
 CONCRETE CURBING KNOWN AS TYPE D.
  
 6.ONE TREE IS REQUIRED TO TERMINATE EACH PARKING
 ROW. TWO TREES ARE REQUIRED AT THE NORTH AND SOUTH ENDS
 OF THE CENTER PARKING ROWS (REAR LOT).
  
 7.PROVIDE A MINIMUM 5' LANDSCAPE BUFFER ALONG THE
 NORTH PERIMETER OF THE SITE. ONE TREE IS REQUIRED FOR
 EVERY 30 LINEAR FEET.
  
 8.PROVIDE A HEDGE AROUND THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
 SCREENING IS REQUIRED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 TRANSFORMER.
  
 9.PROVIDE THE LOCATION OF ALL STREET LIGHTS,
 UTILITIES, EASEMENTS, OVERHANGING TREE LIMBS AND
 ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING.ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS
  
 10.PALMS MUST BE PLANTED IN GROUPS OF THREE.
  
 11.SHOULD THE HEDGE ALONG THE EAST PERIMETER OF THE
 SITE EVER BE REMOVED, IT SHALL BE REPLACED ALONG THE
 INTERIOR OF THE LANDSCAPE SETBACK
 .
 12.ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE IS REQUIRED IN EVERY
 INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND.THAT INCLUDES BOTH TERMINAL
 ISLANDS ALONG THE PARKING ROW ALONG THE EAST PERIMETER
 OF THE SITE.
  
 13.THE TWO PARKING STALLS IN FRONT OF THE OVERHEAD
 BAY DOOR ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE
 REMOVED AND A LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE ADDED ON BOTH
 SIDES OF THE OPENING.
  
 14.ALL EXISTING TREES AND SHRUBS TO REMAIN SHALL BE
 FLORIDA NUMBER ONE GRADE OR BETTER OR IT SHALL BE
 REPLACED.
  
 15.IF YOU ARE TAKING CREDIT FOR A MOISTURE SENSING
 CONTROLLER OTHER THAN A RAINSWITCH, PLEASE IDENTIFY
 WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL BE USED.
