 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED

 2) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT AFTER JULY 1ST, 2007
 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC BUILDING WITH THE
 2007 SUPPLEMENTS.

 301.5 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 303, 304 AND 305 OF THIS CODE.
  
 4)(CONDO CONSTRUCTION/RENOVATION)
 PER FLORIDA STATUTES, 481.229 EXEMPTIONS FROM
 ARCHITECTURAL LICENSURE ONLY APPLY TO 1FAMILY AND
 2FAMILY RESIDENCES (R3) NOT MULTI-FAMILY (R2) OR
 BUILDINGS OVER $25,000, THEREFORE, DRAWINGS ARE
 REQUIRED TO BE DRAWN BY A LICENSED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.
  
 5)A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL THAT IS REGISTERED TO
 PRACTICE UNDER CHAPTER 481 OR 471 OF THE FLORIDA
 STATUTES SHALLAFFIX THEIR OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE
 AND DATE TO SAID DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATION PER 106.1
 FBC 2004, THE EXEMPTION FROM LICENSURE UNDER 481.229
 FLORIDA STATUTES DOES NOT EXEMPT THE DESIGNER
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DRAWINGS FROM SIGNING AND DATING
 SAID DRAWINGS.
  
 6) PER R301. THE FOLLOWING DESIGN CRITERIA IS REQUIRED
 ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT,
 BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES, AND ALL PARTS THEREOF, SHALL
 BE CONSTRUCTED TO SAFELY SUPPORT ALL LOADS, INCLUDING
 DEAD LOADS, LIVE LOADS, ROOF LOADS, FLOOR LOADS AND
 WIND LOADS AS PRESCRIBED BY THIS CODE. THE CONSTRUCTION
 OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES SHALL RESULT IN A SYSTEM
 THAT PROVIDES A COMPLETE LOAD PATH CAPABLE OF
 TRANSFERRING ALL LOADS FROM THE POINT OF ORIGIN THROUGH
 THE LOAD-RESISTING ELEMENTS TO THE FOUNDATION.
  
 7) INDICATE THE TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING
 PER 2004 FBC CHAPTER 6 AND TABLE 601. THIS INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED FOR PLAN REVIEW TO DETERMINE THE TYPE OF
 MATERIALS WHICH ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
  
 8) FBC 106.1.1CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 DIMENSIONED AND OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND
 SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE PROVISION OF
 THE CODE AND RELEVANT LAWS. WHICH AREA OF THE PROJECT
 WILL RECEIVE THE WOOD FLOORS? A FRAMING DETAIL IS
 REQUIRED SHOWING THE STUD SPACING ALL MATERIALS TO
 CONSTRUCT THE NEW AND INFILL WALLS.
  
 9)WILL BOTH BATHROOMS BE DEMOED AND REBUILT WITH ALL
 NEW MATERIALS OR ONLY PORTIONS OF THE BATHROOM WILL BE
 DEMOED? STATE AND SHOW CLEARLY THE WORK TO BE DONE IN
 EACH BATHROOM INCLUDING THE BACKER BOARD AT THE SHOWER
 AND WET AREAS.
  
 NOTE:OWNER NEEDS TO PROVIDE PROOF OF OWNER-SHIP. A
 DIFFERENT OWNER IS SHOWN THE PROPERTY APPRAISER
 WEB-SITE. A CBC CONTRACTOR CANNOT DO ANY STRUCTURAL
 WORK INCLUDING FLOOR/CEILING PENETRATIONS.
