 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO
 INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS AND OVERHEAD AND PROFIT. OUR VALUATION
 REFERENCE IS ICC (BVD), MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST
 ANALYSIS SERVICES PER FBC 108.3*
  
 5)PROVIDE A FIRE SPRINKLER HEAD PLAN SHOWING THE
 LOCATION OF THE SPRINKLER IN RELATION TO THE WALLS AND
