 1)PLEASE INDICATE THE SCOPE OF WORK ON THE SURVEYS
 WITH A PERMANENT UTENSIL.
  
 2)INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINES TO THE PROPOSED AWNING.INCLUDE OVERHANG
 DIMENSIONS OF THE PROPOSED AWNING.
  
 3)AS THE PROPOSED AWNING CONNECTS TO THE EXISTING
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, THE PROPOSED AWNING AND ACCESSORY
 STRUCTURE SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SETBACKS FOR
 THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
  
 MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR PRINCIPAL BUILDING.
 A.FRONT: 25 FEET;
 B.CORNER SIDE (IF APPLICABLE): 12.5 FEET;
 C.REAR: 15 FEET OR TEN PERCENT OF LOT DEPTH,
 WHICHEVER IS LESS;
 D.SIDE: FIVE FEET MINIMUM, 15 FEET TOTAL.
  
 AS SHOWN ON THE SURVEY THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SETBACKS
 ARE NOT MET.THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE DOES NOT MEET THE
 MINIMUM 5 FOOT REQUIRED SIDE SETBACK WITH A TOTAL OF 15
 FEET BETWEEN THE TWO SIDES.THEREFORE, A MINIMUM
 SEPERATION DISTANCE OF 6 FEET FROM THE PROPOSED AWNING
 TO THE EXISTING ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SHALL BE REQUIRED
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-304(B)(3) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
