 *THIS APPEARS TO BE A BUSSINESS, HOWEVER UNTIL THE
 BUILDING CLASSIFICATION AND OCCUPANCY LOAD ARE CLEARLY
 INDICATED ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS A COMPLETE PLUMBNG
 PLAN REVIEW CAN NOT BE DONE AT THIS TIME. REFERENCE FBC
 PLUMBING TABLE 403.1 FOR MINIMUM NUMBER OF REQUIRED
 PLUMBING FIXTURES ONCE THE BUILDING CLASSIFICATION AND
 OCCUPANCY LOAD HAVE BEEN ESTABLISHED AND COMPLY.
  
 2. CLEARLY INDICATE THE CODE CYCLE ON THE PLANS. PER
 CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 1, SECTION 106.1.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 THE CURRENT CODE CYCLE FOR THE PLANS IS "FBC-2004 WITH
 2007 REVISIONS"
  
 3. PROVIDE TWO COPIES OF THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED
 FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE CLEARLY
 INDICATING ALL THE EXISTING PLUMBING FIXTURES AND
 PROPOSED PLUMBING FIXTURES (SHAMPOO SINKS). PER
 (W.P.B.)SECTION 106.1 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS AND 106.1.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 4. THE A.A.V. BEING INDICATED FOR THE SHAMPOO SINKS
 CAN NOT BE USED UNLESS THERE IS AN EXISTING VENT THRU
 THE ROOF ON THE EXISTING SANITARY SYSTEM. CLEARLY
 INDICATE THIS REQUIRED VENT THRU ROOF. PER FBC PLUMBING
 SECTION 917.7 VENT REQUIRED.
  
 5. PER FBC-2004 CHAPTER 1, SECTION 106.3.5.1.3,
 PLUMBING: THE ISOMETRIC POTABLE WATER RISER DIAGRAM
 DOES NOT CLEARLY INDICATE WHAT THE FIXTURES ARE **601.1
 SCOPE, REQUIRED FULL-OPEN VALVE LOCATIONS **606.1.1,
 LOCATION OF THE REQUIRED BACKFLOW PREVENTER (CLEARLY
 INDICATE IF THE REQUIRED BACKFLOW PREVENTER IS PROPOSED
 NEW OR EXISTING) **608, THERMAL EXPANSION CONTROL FOR
 THE NEW WATER HEATER **607.3 AND IF THE NEW WATER
 HEATER IS GAS OR ELECTIRC **501.1 SCOPE, RELIEF VALVE
 (CLEARLY INDICATE THE REQUIRED T & P VALVE ON PLANS)
 **504.4, RELIEF OUTLET WASTE (CLEARLY INDICATE ON
 PLANS) **504.6, IS A HEATER PAN REQUIRED? **504.7, IF
 PAN IS REQUIRED COMPLY WITH **504.7.1 PAN SIZE AND
 DRAIN AND **504.7.2 PAN DRAIN TERMINATION AND CLEARLY
 INDICATE ON RESUBMITTED PLANS.
