 LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH
 A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE
 SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE
 FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR
 YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 2) PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST TIME REVIEW) AFTER
 JULY 1ST, 2007 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO THE 2004 FBC
 BUILDING WITH THE 2007 SUPPLEMENTS. PLANS INDICATE THE
 2006 AMENDMENTS, PLEASE UPDATE.
  
 3)INDICATE THE CORRECT SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE PROJECT
 AREA (SPACE #1020). SHEET CVR BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER, THE
 AREA OF WORK STATES 2900 SQ.FT AND THE CALCULATION FOR
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD HAS 2648 SQ. FT. CLARIFY.
  
 4)PROVIDE A FIRE SPRINKLER HEAD LAYOUT OR A FIRE
 SPRINKLER SCHEMATIC FOR THE NEW SPACE LAYOUT. THIS CAN
 BE SHOWN ON THE CEILING PLAN FBC 106.3.5.1.1(5)
  
 5)THE SHELL BUILDING HAS NOT ACHIEVED A CERTIFICATE
 OF COMPLETION, THE CONTRACTOR FOR THIS TENANT SPACE IS
 DIFFERENT FROM THE ?BASE BUILDING? AND WILL BE REQUIRE
 A NOTARIZE LETTER FROM THE BASE BUILDING CONTRACTOR
 ALLOWING PASS INTERNATIONAL TO START WORK ON THIS
 TENANT SPACE BEFORE THE CO FOR THE BASE BUILDING HAS
 BEEN ISSUED. THE DEVELOPER AND BOTH G.C?S WILL HAVE TO
 SUBMIT A NOTARIZE LETTER STATING THAT THEY UNDERSTAND
 THAT ANY DISPUTE OVER RESPONSIBILITY DOES NOT RELIEVE
 THEM FROM THE JOINT RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLY WITH THE
 BUILDING CODE. WPB AMENDMENTS 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED.
  
 6)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS
 AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT COST
 EXCLUDING LAND VALUE. OUR VALUATION REFERENCE IS ICC
 (BVD) MARSHALL-SWIFT AND MEANS COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
