 **IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS A BUSSINESS. IF THIS IS A
 BUSSINESS MINIMUM REQUIRED PLUMBING FIXTURES REQUIRED
 ARE AS FOLLOWS PER FBC PLUMBING TABLE 403.1. 1 WATER
 CLOSET, 1 LAVATORY, AND ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN. THE
 FLOOR PLAN IS NOT INDICATING AN EXISTING DRINKING
 FOUNTAIN. A DRINKING FOUNTAIN IS REQUIRED AND SHALL BE
 ACCESSIBLE PER CHAPTER 11 FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE
 THE FOLLOWING SECTIONS

 11-4.15.3 SPOUT LOCATION. FRONT OF UNIT, WATER FLOW IN
 TRAJECTORY THAT IS PARALLEL OR NEARLY PARALLEL TO FRONT
 OF THE UNIT, WATER FLOW MINIMUM OF 4" HIGH. ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE OVAL OR ROUND BOWL FLOW OF WAER IS WITHIN 3"
 OF THE FRONT OF FOUNTAIN.
 11-4.15.4 CONTROLS. SHALL BE FRONT MOUNTED OR SIDE
 MOUNTED NEAR FRONT EDGE.
 11-4.15.5 CLEARANCES. KNEE 27" HIGH, & 30" X 48" FLOOR
 SPACE.
 11-4.1.3(10)(A) WHERE ONLY ONE DRINKING FOUNTAIN IS
 PROVIDED ON A FLOOR, THERE SHALL BE A DRINKING FOUNTAIN
 WHICH IS ACCESSIBLE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO USE WHEELCHAIRS
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.15 AND ONE ACCESSIBLE
 TO THOSE WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY BENDING OR STOOPING.(THIS
 CAN BE ACCOMMODATED BY THE USE OF A HI-LO FOUNTAIN OR
 BY SUCH OTHER MEANS AS WOULD ACHIEVE THE REQUIRED
 ACCESSIBILITY FOR EACH GROUP ON EACH FLOOR).
  
 2. CLEARLY INDICATE THE CODE CYCLE ON THE PLANS. PER
 CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 1, SECTION 106.1.1
 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
 THE CURRENT CODE CYCLE FOR THE PLANS IS "FBC-2004 WITH
 2007 REVISIONS"
  
 3. CLEARLY INDICATE THE ADDRESS ON ALL RESUBMITTED
 PLAN SHEETS. PER CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 1,
 SECTION 106.1.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
  
 4.NOTE: ALL PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND ACCOMPANYING
 DATA BEING FILED FOR PUBLIC RECORD SHALL CONTAIN THE
 PRINTED NAME OF THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON WITH THE
 ORIGINAL SIGNATURE AND DATE ON SUCH INFORMATION. PER
 SECTION *106.3.4.3.
 IF THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IS AN ARCHITECT OR
 ENGINEER, THEN HE OR SHE SHALL AFFIX HIS OR HER
 OFFICIAL SEAL, SIGNATURE AND DATE TO SAID DRAWINGS, PER
 FLORIDA STATUTES 481 AND 471 RESPECTIVELY.
  
 5. THE PROPOSED DOUBLE SHAMMPOO SINK CAN NOT TIE INTO
 THE EXISTING WET VENT OF THE BATHROOM. PER FBC-2004,
 PLUMBING, SECTION 909.1
 WET VENT PERMITTED: ONLY THE FIXTURES
 WITHIN THE BATHROOM GROUPS SHALL CONNECT
 TO THE WET-VENTED HORIZONTAL BRANCH
 DRAIN. ANY ADDITIONAL FIXTURES SHALL
 DISCHARGE DOWNSTREAM OF THE WET VENT.
  
 6. PER FBC-2004 CHAPTER 1, SECTION 106.3.5.1.3,
 PLUMBING PLEASE SUBMIT A PLUMBING SANITARY ISOMETRIC
 RISER DIAGRAM INDICATING ALL WASTE, VENTS, TRAPS AND
 SIZES WITH CLEANOUT LOCATIONS OF THE PROPOSED DOUBLE
 SHAMPOO SINK.
  
 7. PER FBC-2004 CHAPTER 1, SECTION 106.3.5.1.3,
 PLUMBING: AN ISOMETRIC POTABLE WATER RISER DIAGRAM IS
 REQUIRED FOR THE PROPOSED WORK FOR BOTH THE HOT AND
 COLD WATER INDICATING THE PIPE SIZES, VALVE LOCATIONS,
 LOCATION OF THE WATER SUPPLY LINE WITH BACKFLOW
 PREVENTER **608, THERMAL EXPANSION CONTROL FOR THE
 WATER HEATER **607.3, AND LOCATION OF THE WATER-HAMMER
 ARRESTORS (IF APPLICABLE) WHERE QUICK CLOSING VALVES
 ARE UTILIZED (EXAMPLES=WASHING MACHINES, DISHWASHERS,
 ICE MAKERS) **604.9.
  
 8. THE PROPOSED NEW 50 GAL. WATER HEATER BEING LOCATED
 IN THE BATHROOM APPEARS TO INFRINGE INTO THE REQUIRED
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE OF THE REQUIRED ACCESSIBLE LAVATORY.
 PER FBC CHAPTER 11, FLORIDA ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION
 11-4.19.3 LAVATORY CLEARANCE 30" X 48" & SHALL EXTEND
 MAXIMUM 19" UNDER LAV. PROVIDE A MINIMUM 1/8 INCH SCALE
 FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT OF THIS BUILDING WITH THE BATHROOM
 LAYOUT. INCLUDE FIXTURE SPACEING AND WATER HEATER
 LOCATION ON THE FLOOR PLAN. CLEARLY INDICATE THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE OF THE LAVATORY PER 11-4.19.3 ON THIS FLOOR
 PLAN. PER CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 1, SECTION
 106.1.3 QUALITY OF BUILDING PLANS.
  
 9. THE VALUE ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION SEEMS TO LOW.
 PER FBC-2004, CHAPTER 1, SECTION
 108.3, BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION: IF IN
 THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL,
 THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF THE BUILDING,
 ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS
 TO BE UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION,
 THE PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR
 PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL,
 ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISH, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND
 BACKFILL FOR BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL
 AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND
 VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE
 THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS ECT.) WITH
 REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS FOR LOCATION AS
 PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
 **PROVIDE COPY OF SIGNED CONTRACT BY BOTH OWNER AND
 CONTRACTOR OF PROPOSED WORK WITH THE TOTAL VALUE
 INCLUDING ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, WATER HEATER, DOUBLE
 BOWL SHAMPOO SINK.
  
 10. THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS INCOMPLETE, THE OWNER OF
 RECORD NEEDS TO BE FILLED OUT AND THE PLUMBING
 CONTRACTOR'S STATE LICENSE NUMBER NEEDS TO BE
 INDICATED. PER CITY OF WPB AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 1,
 SECTION 105 PERMITS.
