 TWO THINGS.ONE THAT, ST, MARY NEEDS TO OBTAINS A
 CONSENT FROM HANLEY CTR. (OLD BLOOD BANK) ANDTHE
 OTHER IS THAT YOU ALSO GET CONSENT FROM FPL, DUE TO THE
 PROPOSED LOCATION OF THE FENCE TO THE WEST THAT IS ON
 THE FPL EASEMENT AND ANY OTHER UTILITIES THAT MAY BE
 WITHIN THAT EASEMENT.
  
 NOTE:THE SUBMITTED SURVEY IS FOR "HANLEY CENTER" (933
 45TH STREET, PCN 74-43-43-04-31-001-0000), THE PERMIT
 APPLICATION IS FOR TENET ST. MARYS (901 45TH STREET,
 PCN 74-43-43-04-31-002-0010.CLARIFY WHICH PROPERTY
 THE FENCE IS BEING CONSTRUCTED ON, CLARIFY WHO THE
 OWNER IS AND WHO IS APPLYING FOR THE PERMIT.FOR ANY
 CONSTRUCTION INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY LINES SHOWN AT THE
 HANLEY CENTER, A PERMIT SHALL BE APPLIED FOR BY THAT
 OWNER.FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY
 LINES SHOWN AT THE HANLEY CENTER, A SURVEY FOR TENET
 ST. MARYS SHALL BE SUBMITTED BY THAT OWNER.
  
 NOTE:THE PROPOSED COLUMNS FOR THE GATE ARE ON
 HANLEY'S PROPERTY, THEY WILL NEED TO BE MOVED TO THE
