 RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO THE
 REFLECTIONS DPD TO APPROVE THE MODIFICATIONS, INCLUDING
 THE ADDITION OF THE PUMP HOUSE AND GENERATOR, IS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS.
 APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE FROM ERIC SCHNEIDER, PRINCIPAL
 PLANNER.
  
 2)THE ADDRESS OF THE SITE IS 400 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN
 AVENUE.THE PLANS STATE THE ADDRESS AS 300 SEMINOLE
 AVE. ON SHEET C-1.
  
 3) A SURVEY, LESS THAN A YEAR OLD, SHOWING ALL EXISTING
 CONDITIONS AND EASEMENTS IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) HAS THE PLAT THAT SUBDIVIDES THIS PROPERTY FROM 450
 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN AVENUE BEEN RECORDED?IF SO, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE OR BOOK AND PAGE.
  
 5) IT APPEARS THAT THE LOCATION OF THE PUMP HOUSE AND
 GENERATOR ARE LOCATED ON PARKING SPACES.REQUIRED
 PARKING MAY NOT BE REMOVED.PROVIDE A TABLE WHICH
 LISTS THE PARKING COUNT FOR THE ENTIRE SITE AND THE NEW
 400 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN AVE. PARCEL.THE TABLE SHALL
 INCLUDE THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF EACH BUILDING.
  
 6) THE GENERATOR SHALL BE SCREENED BY A WALL AND A
 HEDGE.
  
 7) THE FIRE PUMP HOUSE AND THE DOMESTIC WATER STRUCTURE
 REQUIRE FOUNDATION PLANTING ON THE SIDES THAT DO NOT
 HAVE A DOOR.
  
 8) THERE SHALL BE NO REDUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF
 LANDSCAPE AS PART OF THIS PERMIT.IF LANDSCAPE IS TO
 BE REMOVED WITHIN THE AREA OF WORK, AN EQUAL AMOUNT
 SHALL BE REPLACED IN ANOTHER AREA.
  
 9) A FENCE PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR THE NEW FENCE AND
 GATE.
  
 10) THE PERMIT SCOPE OF WORK SHEET INCLUDES REFERENCE
 TO AN ELECTRICAL BUILDING WHICH IS NOT SHOWN ON THE
 PLANS.PLEASE CLARIFY.
