 INCORRECT. TWO DIFFERENT PROPERTIES ON DIFFERENT LOTS
 CANNOT HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE OF SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE
 LOCATION, NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED. FBC

 3)THE CLAIMED VALUATION ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS
 LOW. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES THE VALUATION SHALL BE THE
 TOTAL VALUE INCLUDING ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, STRUCTURAL,
 INTERIOR FINISHES, ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES,
 MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT EXCLUDING LAND

 THE PLANS CONTAIN THE NAME RATHER HOWEVER, ON THE
 INFORMATION ON PROPERTY APPRAISER FORMS HAVE THE NAME
 HAISFIELD LISA ON ONE SHEET AND THE OTHER HAS RATNER
 DENNIS. WHO OWNS THIS PROPERTY?PLEASE CONTACT LILLI
 AT 822-1239 FOR CLARIFICATION ON THE ADDRESSING
 PROBLEM.
  
 5)DUE TO THE FACT THE POOL IS LOCATED ON A ROOF DECK;
 SUBMIT THE STRUCTURAL DETAIL CALCULATION FOR THE LOAD
 BEARING OF THE POOL AND ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT ON THE ROOF
 DECK. THE STRUCTURAL ENGINEERED ROOF DETAIL DRAWINGS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THIS OFFICE, SHOWING THE POOL
 LAYOUT WITH ALL SUPPORTS. THE DRAWINGS SHALL BE
 DESIGNED BY A STRUCTURAL ENGINEER AND SIGN, SEAL AND
 DATED BY THE RESPONSIBLE ENGINEER IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 F.A.C 61G1-16.004.
